Daniel always does a great job. He responds quickly and is on time for appointments. He communicates clearly. The prices are reasonable. He is a hard worker. He has gotten tough stains up for us on wool carpets. We are regulars. He is very good with masks and social distancing per covid. Highly recommended.

I have been using 1800 Dry Carpet for about 20 years. The reason I picked dry carpet was because I had 5 children that I was homeschooling, and I couldn't have a wet house for 8 hours. Daniel, came, would do a great job getting out the kiddie stains, and then with his dry carpet method, we could do school out in the backyard and come in once he was done.

Daniel and his assistant cleaned my sea foam green carpet yesterday. They were able to remove a chocolate milk stain that occurred on Christmas. They have cleaned my carpets for over 10 years and I have never been disappointed. They are professionals and I would highly recommend them.

This is the first time we've used DryCarpet, and we are favorably impressed. Firstly, we requested and were promptly supplied the appropriate insurance certification. On the appointed day Daniel called to inform us that he was running a bit early, so he and his co-worker arrived around 15 minutes before the appointment, ready to begin work. He measured the cleanable area and calculated the final cost, which matched the estimate.

They vacuumed the entire wall-to-wall area, cleaned our second story carpets, then cleaned the first story. Two of our rooms were quite dirty, but all the carpet is fresh and clean. Our previous cleaners couldn't quite get one of the rooms clean, but DryCarpet worked extra hard and nailed it! We won't think twice to use DryCarpet again. Great job, and wonderful attitude.

I've got an elderly dog and two indoor/outdoor cats, so the carpet in my home takes a lot of wear. 1800DryCarpet is a product and system that really works, and Daniel and his crew do a great job using it. I've used them to clean our carpet several times and every time it looks practically new afterward. Daniel takes as much time as required and really gets out stains like a perfectionist. I hired Daniel to clean our living room carpet, ottoman/bench, and sofa - all of which are light ecru color. We have a 3 year old and he created lots of stains. Daniel did an amazing job! The stains came out of of the furniture and carpet. You can't tell there were ever any stains. So happy! Hire these guys!

I have been using 1-800-drycarpet for years! They are extremely professional. They always show up exactly when they say they will.often at the early end of the timeframe. What is amazing is that the carpets look amazing, and they are dry immediately after they are done. I have found that they also stay cleaner for longer than the traditional steaming method.

I have been using DryCarpet for years in my little studio apartment. Each year I renew my lease, the apartment complex offers carpet cleaning, but the company they use is sorrowfully bad; it's sloppy wet and the spots come back right away. The people at DryCarpet take their time, even for my little space, and the carpet always looks fresh and beautiful when they are done.

Needed the carpets in four bedrooms cleaned quick. My realtor used 1800 Dry Carpet and liked the results. I used them and Daniel and his crew did a FANTASTIC job on making the carpets look almost new all for about the same price as wet or steam cleaning. 80% of the carpets were dry in about an hour. The spots that I didn't think were ever going to come out (and Daniel worked his magic and got them out) took longer to dry.
