Perfect Cleaning was recommended to us by someone who also used them. We are so glad we reached out! They have been a godsend to our home during COVID and with my wife's and my hectic schedules, both of us working in demanding fields. Every clean is fantastic and the home really feels better after they have been. We do a bi-weekly clean. The very few times when the team has been delayed or needed to change, they were proactive in reaching out. They have also been so kind in accommodating our having needed to miss a clean here and there due to conflicts. We would be lost without the Perfect Cleaning team!

I've used a few house cleaners in Richmond and perfect cleaning is the best. Their prices are reasonable and their work is meticulous. They are incredibly thorough and standard cleaning includes baseboards, appliances, the inside of the microwave, and they even vacuum all of our upholstered furniture. Service: Standard clean

I've used this company for a move out cleaning as well as a normal maintenance cleaning and both times they've been great. Easy to book, worked with my schedule, showed up on time, did a GREAT job cleaning, and were very courteous!

I booked Perfect Cleaning to clean my house before I put it on the market. They showed up right when they said they would and did an amazing job cleaning my house for a price lower than most of the other quotes I received. I was really impressed at their attention to detail, my house looks cleaner than it ever has. There wasn't one spot missed. Service was excellent when I started with this company. Always on time and a very thorough job. As time went on the staff changed slightly but overall the service was still good. Since COVID they have been experiencing staffing issues. I understand completely. They still showed up on time however the length of time they were at my home started getting shorter and the job less thorough.

Today the 2 member team showed up and seemed uncertain of what they were supposed to clean. I did speak to the office after they arrived. They left after only 56 minutes (used to be 90). The job was less than acceptable. Vacuuming in the main rooms was minimal and the kitchen had untouched areas, like the vent hood. It's black so everything shows.

I called the office and they were very nice but I cancelled my service. I get the staffing issues, but if you're still sending 2 people, shouldn't the job done be the same?

I have used Perfect Cleaning for about 16 years now. People do change jobs and come and go but we usually have the same pair of cleaners for many years at a time. I like the consistency as they know the house. I like the level of detail from changing sheets to cleaning ceiling fans. I don't really have to do anything in between visits other than washing the dishes and wiping the counters. I also like that is a real business and not random uninsured people.

I have been a customer of Perfect Cleaning for over 10 years. They are on time on and do a thorough job. They do a lot of things I don't like to do like changing sheets and dusting the ceiling fans. I like that they are a legitimate, insured business with an office, etc.

I love Perfect Cleaning. They always did such a great job in my house. I never really had to tell them what to do. If I did ask them to do something extra they always did it without any complaints. We have recently moved to another state and it is going to be hard to find another company that will live up to this company. In addition they had great customer service. Very sad to not have their services anymore.

Perfect cleaning service has been an excellent cleaning service. We have had the two same girls for years. No turnover which says a lot. Very dependable. My house is always spotless. They have surpassed any other service we have used.

I have been with this cleaning company almost three years. They have been great all around. They are very detailed when cleaning. I had to be hospitalized for tearing my ACL. They worked around me as much as they could. They have been one of the best cleaning companies that I have dealt with. There were times that would come up for family coming to town or a showing of the house when we put it on the market and they were flexible with providing a cleaning before these things took place. Feeling slightly ripped off by this cleaning service. I needed a thorough, one time cleaning for my home which was being put up for sale. Their website states they do a thorough cleaning and they offered hourly and a flat fee rate. Having only used a cleaning service once before a long time ago, I didn't know how long it would take for them to clean my home so the lady I booked the cleaning with said to go with the flat rate which could be adjusted according to the time the cleaning actually took.

Two maids came out the day of my appointment and did an adequate job -- not the "superb" job I was expecting based on their website reviews -- but I was pleased with it overall; I just wished they would have at least vacuumed the floors of the walk-in closets which were not touched at all. I expected all of my floors would be vacuumed and mopped. They were at my house from 0915-1200, just under three hours.

The hourly rate was $59; the flat fee was $259, so obviously the hourly rate would have saved me roughly $80. I called immediately after the maids left to notify the booking office and requested to have the rate adjusted, but the lady who answered said she would have to have the person who booked my appointment call me. You guessed it -- I never got that phone call or the adjusted rate, not to mention the 15% Spring Cleaning discount posted on their website that was supposed to be offered for a one-time cleaning.

I also gave both of the maids a substantial tip for their services before they left since I fully expected the business would be honorable and adjust my invoice to the hourly rate. Bottom line is my house was adequately cleaned, it isn't the end of my world, but my husband and I both work very hard for our money as well and so I am left feeling slightly ripped off.

I love these house cleaners. Very reliable and consistent. Thanks for all all the flexibility in scheduling. Great price. Well worth it. Highly recomended.

I've been using Perfect Cleaning for about eight months now and cleaning day is HANDS DOWN my favorite day! The ladies make my life so much easier not having to spend the entire weekend cleaning. We have a dog that sheds a lot and after they clean you'd have no idea. They pay attention to detail and leave our place spotless. Claudia always calls to remind us of an upcoming appointment and is very accommodating if we have to make a change in the schedule. I highly recommend Perfect Cleaning.

I bought a Groupon for some cleaning after having work done in my home. Two extremely nice ladies showed up, ON TIME, and did the most thorough job of cleaning I've ever had. They literally cleaned from top to bottom of my home and worked non-stop the entire 4 hours they were here. They were easy to work with and did more than I even asked of them. Will definitely be using them for all of my future cleaning needs!

I called Perfect Cleaning on short notice for a move-out cleaning. Their rate was very competitive and the two workers that came were kind and polite and totally focused on the job. They spent the time needed to get the house cleaned up for my new tenants. They didn't have to be told what areas to pay attention to. They worked hard and didn't try to cut corners.

I appreciated the attention to detail they showed and the pride that they took in their work. The house looked great when they finished the job and I would definitely recommend them and use them again and again.

I have to preface this review by saying that I don't know if Joyner Fine Properties or the tenant moving out scheduled this service. Or what the specific service/time was. But, I knew immediately that I wouldn't call them. I walked in the half bath and the toilet bowl was rimmed in black gunk (took me 2 seconds to clean), there were drippings down the kitchen cabinets (also only took a few minutes to clean), and the ice and ice maker was coated in black dirt and debris (this required a longer disinfecting process).

Being that what I could see wasn't clean, I didn't trust that what I couldn't see had actually been cleaned. Took me many hours and 2 big Lysol wipe containers just on the kitchen and 1.5 baths. Regardless of what they were paid to do and who paid them, I wouldn't hire them.

Paid for services not received. I bought a Living Social deal for 3 hours of cleaning. I called to schedule the cleaning and they said they would call back and they never did. I called again a week later and they said you can only book Monday's. Nowhere on the coupon does it say no Friday cleaning or that you have to book months in advance. Living Social refunded my money.

We have used this company for the past two years. We used them at our old house and also at our new home. The ladies are very nice and clean whatever you ask! They also clean well! The reason we didn't rate five stars is because we absolutely adored one cleaner and have yet to be able to request her again, and also because on one occasion we had to get our bathrooms re-cleaned;-.

They did give us a credit and we have not had any issues ever since. They also did our "move out" cleaning at our old house. They also just left today for our holiday cleaning and we are satisfied!
