Welcome to our video on cleaning very dirty carpets in a frat house in Ann Arbor, Michigan! In this video, we'll take you through the process of cleaning some of the dirtiest carpets we've ever seen and show you the incredible transformation that takes place.
When we first arrived at the frat house, we were immediately struck by the state of the carpets. They were covered in dirt, grime, and who knows what else. We could tell that they hadn't been cleaned in a very long time, and we knew we had our work cut out for us.
The first step was to assess the damage and determine the best course of action. We knew we couldn't just vacuum and call it a day - these carpets needed a deep clean. We decided to use a combination of steam cleaning and spot treatment to get the best results.
We started by vacuuming the carpets to remove any loose dirt and debris. Even after just this initial step, we could already see a big difference. The carpets were no longer covered in a layer of dust and dirt - they were starting to look like carpets again!
Next, we applied a pre-treatment solution to any particularly stubborn stains. We let this sit for a few minutes to penetrate the fibers of the carpet and break down the dirt and grime. Then, we used a powerful steam cleaner to blast away any remaining dirt and lift the stains out of the carpet.
As we worked our way through the frat house, we couldn't believe the difference we were seeing. The carpets went from dingy and dirty to bright and clean. It was like a whole new space!
One of the biggest challenges we faced was the amount of foot traffic these carpets had seen over the years. The high traffic areas were particularly difficult to clean, as they had become matted and compressed over time. But with a combination of steam cleaning and gentle scrubbing, we were able to restore these areas to their former glory.
Another challenge was dealing with some of the more...interesting stains we encountered. Let's just say that frat houses are not known for their cleanliness, and we had to get creative with our stain removal techniques. But we were determined to get these carpets as clean as possible, and we weren't going to let a few tough stains stand in our way.
Overall, the cleaning process took several hours, but the end result was well worth the effort. The carpets looked like new again, and the frat brothers were amazed at the transformation. We even overheard one of them say, "I didn't realize the carpet was supposed to be that color!"
In conclusion, cleaning very dirty carpets in a frat house in Ann Arbor, Michigan was no easy feat, but we were up to the challenge. Through a combination of steam cleaning and spot treatment, we were able to transform these carpets from dingy and dirty to bright and clean. It's amazing what a little elbow grease and some professional cleaning equipment can do!

days ago we had a flood in our basement. We called Healthy Carpets cleaning services around midnight. They arrived around 1AM and left around 6AM. The crew was very knowledgeable and helpful. They left behind 3 air fans and 3 dehumidifiers. On day 3 (today) its as if nothing ever happened. They worked with our insurance and even paid our deducible. We had a few floods in our days and usually there is a odor/smell left behind. Healthy Carpets got the job done right. Cant smell a thing in my basement. Very happy.

We were given used couches that needed a little TLC and booked Healthy Carpets for the job. What a transformation they brought out, making them look brand new! Marshall was professional, extremely communicative, and the results were absolutely amazing. 22-year-old Berber carpeting that was brought back to life. The initial scheduling online was super easy, I got updated texts with confirmations and when he was running a few minutes behind, I got a text to let me know exactly when he would arrive. We would absolutely use this company again!

Excellent communication from Healthy Carpets regarding arrival time and how to prepare for the carpet cleaning. Not knowing what was imbedded in the carpet from previous owners of the condo I was concerned that cleaning the carpet would not remove the traffic stains. After cleaning the carpeting looks like almost new; not bad considering the carpet is probably from when the condo was built in the'70s. Thank you Marshall for an awesome job. I'll be referring your business to others!

I was really impressed with Marshall and Healthy Carpets. Not only is he extremely responsive and communicative but he is also knowledgeable and thorough. My carpets were in serious need of a cleaning (had not been cleaned since they were installed by the previous owner 10 years ago). Marshall let me know how to prepare for the cleaning and what to expect afterwards.
The carpets look great and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him as he knows his stuff and he is a dedicated business owner who made the time to clean my carpets instead of just outsourcing the work to someone else. He will be go to from now on. Thanks Marshall!

Questions were answered quickly via texts and the automated updates were great reminders - excellent work cleaning a life- and new-puppy-stained white/beige carpet. We had a previous carpet cleaner who wasn't nearly as effective as Healthy Carpets.
It looks brand new -- three flights of carpeted stairs included. - the estimate and price were spot on. No surprises there. Cons: - literally none. The only con would be your poor decision to hire a _different_ carpet cleaner for your home or business.

Marshall showed up on time, and was efficient and thorough. The house was completely empty (before we had actually moved in), so I'm sure that helped! We have 1500sq ft of carpet in this house, and he cleaned all of it. It's old carpet, so it wasn't a miracle, but it helped so much in removing all of the cat allergens the previous owners left behind. He was also very friendly, and I thought the price was very reasonable!

This is the second time we have used Healthy Carpets. Once last year to clean all the rooms before moving in and again this year to clean our living room and hallway. Both experiences were exceptional. Marshall is very responsive and we were able to schedule a cleaning with only two days notice. He was timely (actually early and called in advance) worked quickly and the results were fantastic. Helped with the furniture after the room was clean and put pads underneath everything so it could completely dry and our lives weren't entirely disrupted with a couch in our kitchen. And a great personality on top of it all! Would highly recommend and will plan on using him all the time going forward! Thanks, Marshall!

They showed up on time and did two estimates for me, both with and without pet stain sanitizer. After that, they spent about 3 hours steam cleaning every inch of the 2000 square feet of carpet in the house. They were professional and the parts they were able to get clean were great. Unfortunately, we hired them to attempt to get out old cat urine odor and their cleaning was unable to get it out. They were fully up front about the possibility and I don't blame them at all. We ended up ripping out the carpet but it was totally worth the attempt to clean it.

I bought a Groupon for this company, which was the main reason I worked with them this first time. Scheduling was very simple and they were able to accommodate me within a week's time. The two men showed up a bit late, but got right to work. They worked efficiently and neatly and were finished in about 30 minutes. The furniture looks great. I would definitely hire them again in the future.
