Maid Easy

I was to have 2 cleaners come to my cabin on 9/1/19 at 9:30 am 9:45 rools around and I called Sheri. Sheri said "that I was on the books" and that she was going to call and find out what happened and let me know. I called 30 minutes later and "NO ANSWER" Well 4 hours pass and Sheri called me by mistake. She was calling someone else to give them an excuise why her workers where running hours late.

When I told her I was not Sharron Sheri came up with this excuise "my lady sparined her ankle" and I would get a "small discount" next time. If you run a business you should take care of your customers and at least be honest. I had given Sheri my cc info in case I was gone when the workers cleaned. I am praying that Sheri doesn't put false chargers on my card. If you want an HONEST COMPANY DO NOT USE MAID EASY CLEANING!

I am very satisfied with the results of Maid Easy. Not only did the employees do what I requested, they did extra little tasks that were noticeable like cleaning the silverware drawer and organizing under the sink. My house looks so bright and shiny! I definitely will be a regular customer from now on.

The cleaners were ready to clean my home. They walked with me thru my home.before they started the job so i can show them exactly what i wanted to be done. Very professional. Also at the end of service they showed me exactly the work they did. Im very satisfied.

Absolutely DO NOT use this service in Big Bear. The cleaner outright lied to me about washing linens (most of which are now missing), left the place a mess, and cost me 2 full refunds plus the cost of new linens.

Don't waste your time or money. Both Sheri and Juanita will tell you one thing, then do something else. Not reliable or trustworthy.

Maid easy.is a friendly Christian owned company and is very rate friendly my house always super clean and with any time left over they have no problem going the extra mile and sherry's wonderful and always friendly

Maid Easy cleaning has done a wonderful job keeping my house spotless. They are thoroughly detail oriented and clean nooks I didn't know needed attention. I have always had a pleasent experience with their service. I recommend Maid Easy to everyone in the area for a safe and secure cleaning.

I am eternally grateful to Sherry Baldwin, for the compassionate service she has offered to my brother who is handicapped. The maids have been friendly and empathetic to his situation and have enabled him to cope with the challenges of cleaning his home environment.

My experience with Maid Easy was great! The service was clean and very efficient. The staff were so nice, they truly make you feel comfortable and leave your house sparkling clean. I went to my cabin after Juanita cleaned it and I was very pleased with the great job she did and would highly recommend the service! Sheri and Juanita have been very helpful!

I am 28 years old with a broken arm and pregnant I contacted cleaning service because I'm a be able to clean my house. I had two ladies arrive to my home they were on time before they started they made sure that I was doing OK because of morning sickness. They were extremely friendly made me feel comfortable. They used different cleaning supplies because I'm pregnant.

They didn't want the house to smell harsh chemicals. They a fantastic job. I am hiring them again to help me with upkeep. I found it very affordable for the work that they do. Thank you for coming to my home and helping my family.

They don't clean your house good, Don't use them. I repeat. For goodness sake. Don't use them. It's a waste of your money. They come dragging in with no energy, show up with an unpleasant demeanor. Sherri seems very nice and convincing but her workers are horrible and not experienced at cleaning houses at all. The ladies are lazy and do a half ass job.

The toilets were still dirty, the corners of the floor didn't get mopped, the windows or blinds weren't cleaned, and the list goes on and on. In order for the job to be done right they have to come out a second time in which they would come back with an attitude. This is a fair warning. DO NOT USE THEM!

WOW. I hired this service because the owner, Sherry seemed genuinely interested in doing my 92 year old's home. The workers were Great, BUT Sherry seems to have a problem with communication. She continually calls another number of mine to contact me. I have given her my cell 3 times, yet she still calls my home.where I am not available. When I call her back and leave a message, she either does not return my call or calls my home again.

I am frustrated, as I should not have to keep telling her this information. It is so sad that she could have a successful business, since she has good workers, but as a business owner, she is horrible. I am still waiting for her return call from yesterday (so I can continue having my friend's home cleaned).

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME! I specifically requested they focus on the bathrooms and kitchen. Only 2 of 3 bathrooms required cleaning. They did not mop they utilized a spray bottle on the floors. Needless to say the floors remained visibility dirty. They did not move items to dust. Basically it was superficial peripheral cleaning. Although, I heard the vacuum my carpet does not appear to have been vacuumed.

This was our first week with Maid Easy Cleaning, Inc. and so far the experience has been excellent. The owner Sherry, who answered the phone each time I called, has been professional, courteous and accommodating. She listened to my concerns based on previous disappointments with cleaners, our budget limitations and scheduling needs and made sure to provide what we need. Erma and Diane came to do the cleaning and did a terrific job.

They were friendly, easy to communicate with and they worked hard to make sure I was happy. If they continue to live up to the high bar they have set during this first week, we will be very, very happy:

Because Maid Easy cleans our second home we have, on occasion, asked them to go above and beyond their normal schedule and line of duty.
