Rug Scrubber Carpet

Thank you SO much! My Dad's place was in really terrible condition. Extremely dirty, rodent waste, damaged rugs and flooring from smoking. I called around and some services wouldn't even take a look. I spoke with The Rug Scrubber, and they genuinely wanted to help us. I am so thankful. I cannot tell you how relieved I was to have their help. They gave us an appointment, showed up on time, and were very gracious in dealing with a difficult situation.

And they completely exceeded all of my expectations! I didn't know how much they'd be able to accomplish, but they took a filthy house and cleaned all the bathrooms, kitchens, flooring, everything. They totally went above and beyond, locating a rodent nest and eradicating it, steam cleaning the floors to remove years of ash and dirt. I cannot tell you how much this meant to our family and helping to get my Dad back on his feet, I could not have done it myself, and didn't know what else to do.

I would say the price was extremely reasonable for the amount of work they put in for a full day. Thank you so much for traveling out of your normal work area to help my family, it means a lot to me and I will always recommend you to anyone that can use your help! Thanks again!
