Steam Rollers founded by Paul Gagliardo in 1999, a former manager of the largest nationwide carpet cleaning company we all know of, had a dream to provide a more personal experience with the customer, rather than just hiring a known name company, but most of all to do a better job than everyone else.

The type you rarely see nowadays. Upon calling, he showed up in less than 2 hours, worked quickly, did not make a mess. Also, he explained every step of what he was doing and why this helped give me confidence that he was doing the job right. As to the Futon that our dog graced with urine, there is no sign or smell at all.

I found Steam Rollers on my next door app. Paul, the owner was reliable, came at the appointment time, explained the services and prices and we went with him immediately! I cannot recommend him any higher as he was professional and did everything he proposed to do. Results were amazing! Don't hire anyone else

This company is amazing! They are honest and thorough, priced fairly, and have excellent customer service. The previous home owners had their carpets steam cleaned before we moved in, and the carpets still looked dirty. So Paul delightfully came over to give us a sample of his work and we were blown away! The comparison was like night and day, and he made the other company looks like child's play. We were not disappointed whatsoever and will definitely be using Steam Rollers again!

It truly doesn't get any better than this. We have 2 Golden Retrievers and our carpeting is a light color. Great combination for lots of ground in dirt that shows easily. To be honest, we figured we'd get the carpeting cleaned to get us through the holiday season and replace all the carpeting next year. We found Paul and Steam Rollers via Yelp and other internet sites.
Could this company (and him) really be that good? Nothing but rave reviews. With nothing to lose, we called and had him come out. We had an appointment for 10:30, which is exactly when he arrived. He is the owner of the company and does all of the work himself. His equipment works off of an 8 cylinder engine, as opposed to the competition's 4 cylinder engines, which makes for much more power.
His quote was derived by combining "per room" and "per square foot" to give us the best of both worlds and saved us money. Truthfully, as the carpet had not been cleaned in a while, our expectations of what it would look like when he was done were not too high. Incredibly, our carpets now look as if they were new. Yeah, lots of people use that expression, but this is absolutely the best way to describe what he did.
The combination of his superior equipment and his pride and attention to detail resulted in something that we never imagined. Our carpets are beautiful Actually, BEAUTIFUL! And, as a bonus, not only is he less expensive that the competition, but we now have no intentions of replacing the 1,000+ sq. ft. of carpeting that he cleaned. What a terrific combination. superior equipment in the hands of the owner of the company (who is meticulous) and at a great price.
We plan on having Paul return every six months to keep our carpets like new. We would now never even think of allowing anyone else to clean our carpets. Truly a great experience.
