Extreme Maids

We have used this company monthly for about 6 months and was cancelled on 3 times back to back. The cancellations were always at the last minute, two hours before the cleaning was scheduled. They are very unprofessional and lack empathy for the situation. The first 3 times the cleanings were excellent which is why we stayed with them. After this we would get last minute calls about family emergencies or sickness regarding the cleaner.

We are completely understandable about life situations and things happening but there are never any solutions to the problem. Customer service is absolutely terrible and there are no back up cleaners in case someone cancels so you are out of luck. I wish I could say great things about this company but they are extremely short staffed, unprofessional, unreliable and not interested in keeping long-term customers such as our family. We do not recommend to anyone who is looking for reliable cleaners.

From the on-line scheduling to the actual cleaning, we're satisfied. We had a initial cleaning and a follow up 2 weeks later. We intend to continue the 2 week cleaning interval. We definitely recommend this service.

I have used Extreme Maids twice now - once for a move I. Deep Clean and then a one time follow up. Communication was good, price fair and I was happy with the services they provided. I will be using them again.

I was very reluctant to hire someone I didn't know to come into my home but I had heard from two other friends who have used this service and couldn't stop saying enough about them so I had to give them a try. My home is over 3000 ft. and very spread out with upstairs and downstairs and many windows and many bathrooms. Since it was their first cleaning I had to get the deep clean and I added on windows, baseboard and dusting of blinds.

First of all, my maid showed up 30 minutes earlier than expected which was nice and she didn't stop workingFor more than eight straight hours until the whole house was clean. She was amazing although I'm going to ask next time they send a team of2 because eight hours is a long time. I have recommended them to friends as well.

Recommend by our daughter who is happy with their service. WE set for biweekly cleaning with deep cleaning to start. Marianela arrived on time, did the entire deep clean by herself without stopping. She worked steadily for 6/12 hours with great attention to detail. She even cleaned/removed some water stains that we were unable to remove. We are very pleased!

We've had nothing but fantastic experiences with Extreme Maids. These ladies take pride in what they do and it shows. We've had Marianella, Carmelina, and Vanessa clean, and each has done such a wonderful job with everyone adding their own personal touches, like bows tied on the toilet paper rolls and stuffed animals set up in cute little arrangements in my daughter's bedroom. I always feel like we get such wonderful attention to detail and my house looks so clean when they leave. They really go above and beyond.

Carmelina is really nice. She was on time, she is very professional and she makes an extra effort to make sure one is happy with her job. She is into little details that made me feel my home was worth of a Southern Living magazine cover I really like they have flat rates based on the rooms in the house, and that you are able to book on line. Afterwards, I received a phone call from a representative making sure everything was great and that I was happy with the service provided. I recommend Extreme Maids

I have tried to find a cleaner for ever. I've tried different people and was never even close to being satisfied. I was hesitant to give Extreme Maid Service a chance since it seemed a little interesting in their approach. Jessica did an absolutely phenomenal job I could not have asked for more! I am so grateful to have found them and will be using them moving forward

My husband and I are full-time working parents of a 9 month old, and were in desperate need of help when it came to cleaning our home. We're not horribly messy people, we get by day to day with chores, but with family coming into town and holidays upon us, our home was overdue for a deep clean. Scheduling was easy, and our cleaner/maid Ada came within the timeframe reserved, and in about 2 hours, our home was cleaner than the day we moved in 2 years ago.

We were so pleased with her work, we have rebooked and will continue to use their services, as it has helped me with my peace of mind having a clean home, and allows me to spend more time with my family versus cleaning.

While the cleaner I had was very polite and well spoken, the cleaning services for a deep clean move in / move out was utterly negligent and unacceptable. Basic services included did not happen. Not a single kitchen cabinet or drawer or bathroom vanity drawer was vacuumed or wiped out, no kitchen shelves wiped. Thick grease dripping from the oven range hood, dust bunnies and hair on the floor in all rooms. 6 months of built up dust on all 3 ceiling fans.

The shower walls and floor were not touched. The shower head had water build up and stains, wasn't touched. The 2nd time back, less than 1 hour was spent and inconvenienced me because I had movers present unloading. The job wasn't done right the second time, only the ceiling fans were wiped down and the floors mopped, but left with puddles of pinesol, so much I had to wipe up with paper towels before the movers could lay down my rug. Baseboards were not touched, let alone wiped down as the service description stated.

When speaking with Henry at extreme maids, he was beyond accusatory and insisted that by asking for a refund it was suspicious on my part. I would have been more than happy to pay the money for a REAL cleaning when I needed it most, the day before move in and when I was struggling with mobility due to herniated discs. Extreme maids screwed me, and while I was refunded, it still greatly inconvenienced my move in and I had to clean it myself while suffering from herniated discs.

We have been fortunate enough to have Marianny as our monthly cleaner for the past 6 months and she has always done a wonderful and thorough job. Extreme Maids has been very communicative when there have been issues with needing to reschedule (understandable with Covid). All the teams we have had assigned for our cleanings have been timely. We have been using Extreme Maids for monthly cleanings consistently since October 2019. We tried using a different cleaning service prior to that for a few months but the quality and the ease of booking just made Extreme Maids a better option.

This company is, by far, the best cleaning service I have ever used. Believe me, I have been through several with no luck. They make it so easy to schedule services online. You can even add additional tasks for a small fee. They always follow up to make sure I am completely satisfied, and if not, they will go above and beyond to make it right. The cleaners are professional, friendly and do an exceptional job. If you ever need a cleaning service in the Lutz area, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Extreme Maids. You won't be disappointed.

These ladies really went above and beyond. I booked first time service through their online portal over the weekend and everything went so smooth. I was contacted right away Monday to verify all the information and to be sure I was ok with the charges. So thorough from start to finish. On top of that, the women who came to clean my mothers home did an amazing job. They were there far longer than I expected. I am extremely happy I found them! Can't speak to the cleaning service as we never made it that point. I was very disappointed with their customer service and chose to go with another company who were much easier to work with. Edit: Unsure what the response was related to but you must have me confused with someone else.

I have to say that extreme maids does a fantastic job at coming in and cleaning your house in little time. They are very thorough. The price is fair- not cheap but not outrageous. Just make sure you pick the correct service for your needs. They don't do laundry or deep clean your washer/dryer appliances- that's the only con.

I don't give any service 5 stars so I'm a little hesitant. But if anyone deserves it, Extreme Maids does. They aren't perfect but they are pros. I have been using Extreme Maids for 6 months and have been been extremely satisfied. My cleaning team/gal is fabulous, friendly and fanatic about her cleaning. I can count on them being at my house on schedule, and if I need to skip a week, it's easy to manage on-line. All scheduled cleanings are confirmed via email - you can change the number of rooms or additions you need done prior to each cleaning. I love coming home to a clean house!

I needed an apartment move-out cleaning -- after all, when you're in the middle of a move, the last thing you have time to do is do a deep clean. I liked that I could schedule an appointment online, and they thankfully had availability the week of my move out, so I booked them for a Wednesday in the middle of the day. Since I was going to be at work, I called and asked that they give me a 15-minute heads up that they were on their way so I could be there to let them in. Vanessa texted me and let me know her ETA, so I headed over there and met up with her outside my apartment complex.

She brought all of her supplies with her and I showed her around the unit. Since I still had a few things there, she and I moved them out onto the balcony so she could clean the floors. I had to go back to work so I didn't get to see the end result until that evening -- and wow! Vanessa did such a great, thorough job. The place smelled wonderfully and everything was spotless, from the inside of the cabinets and the fridge to the hard water stains in the tub. Now that I own a house, I'm scheduling a recurring service with Extreme Maids since I was so impressed with their work.

I love booking with Extreme Maids. Booking through their website is easy and they do an incredible job. They NEVER flake out. I was using another service who did great work but there were time changes or last minute cancellations on their end, which made planning difficult for me. Luckily I found Extreme Maids and gave them a shot! We live in South Tampa and have been using Extreme Maids for a few months now.

We do chose to go with the bi-weekly cleaning schedule to receive a 15% discount. In total we pay $152.00 per cleaning. The ladies who clean do a fantastic job cleaning the entire house - I feel like we get our money's worth. The five star rating is well-deserved and not an exaggeration. Give extreme maids a try - you won't be let down.
