SparkleTeam entered the South Florida market (Broward, Palm Beach and Northern Miami Dade Counties) in 2003 with the goal to provide a unique and innovative approach to commercial janitorial cleaning services. SparkleTeam was started by a few professionals who had used several janitorial cleaning services in their previous office buildings.

Use of micro-fiber tools to capture and remove dirt, germs and bacteria from surfaces and to prevent cross-contamination. Training and supervision of SparkleTeam crews in the use of environmentally preferred products and sustainable practices. Use of environmentally preferred & third party certified products such as Green Seal, EcoLogo, DfE, and GREENGUARD.
SparkleTeam offers day porter services for commercial properties in the South Florida area including Palm Beach, Broward, and Northern Miami Dade Counties. SparkleTeam's goal is to provide a visible and consistent difference in the way day porter services are provided. I work in an office building where the Sparkle Team cleans every night. Too many times to count I've told them they need to use a real vacuum cleaner - they use a backpack which barely sucks up any papers on the floor. The carpeting isn't even touched and does nothing to lift the carpet to erase the foot traffic in any part of the office! I've told them numerous times, advised the landlord, advised their office.
They flat out refuse to use a real vacuum cleaner and it's just MADDENING that they won't do it. I WOULD NOT EVER recommend them and if it were my choice - they'd be FIRED! Their office always has an excuse for their employees as well! Feeling: IRRITATED ONCE AGAIN! Your company stinks!
