Very easy to work with. The crew that showed up was kind an professional. Any time I had questions they always answered the phone and always gave answers. And they were willing to work with me on different payment options. A big pet peeve of mine is integrity, something most vendors in this city seems to lack! When I needed help quickly, they answered their phone and set an appointment for someone to come the following morning. (These days, nobody answers their phone. so that alone was refreshing) The next day, James and his partner called ahead, showed up on time, were polite, quick and professional. They did a FANTASTIC job at removing the cat urine from my mattress. I highly recommend using them in the future.
