As another reviewer here said, Dale Cillian is ethical and upstanding. We employed Biopro for a major clean-up in a family member's home. At first we hired another company and they did a poor job and behaved unethically. Dale, however, was thorough, compassionate, and committed to his work. The house was in terrible shape and no one in our family lives in AZ.
It takes a lot of trust to invite a company into your family home. Dale delivered! Not only did he complete *beautiful* work, transforming the tragic and awful state of the home into what felt like a new place, he completed the job with a sense of detail, thoroughness, and integrity. He does not cut corners. Totally honest and kind. Hire him. I did a LOT of research and the quality of his work and the ethics of his business practices make him the only choice for biohazardous clean up in the Phoenix area.

So thankful for Dale! Every other company tried to take advantage of our family during such a stressful, devastating situation. They should all be ashamed! Apparently the vast majority of companies out there who specialize in this service, so unethically prey on people who are grieving and vulnerable. In fact, some have illegal practices. NOT Dale Cillian at Biopro.
The state of my uncle's home was uninhabitable and toxic. Not only did he do a fantastic, thorough clean up, but went above and beyond to make a once dreary, crumbling home into a bright, updated, pleasant living space. Because Dale and his staff were professional, thorough, and ethical, it helped ease our minds in such a tragic time. Thank you Dale!

I do not think there is a more ethical and honest guy as Dale Cillian the owner of Biopro. Although you never want to have to need a company that does crime scene clean up. They really are the only company that is licensed by the state. If it is not done right it can be deadly toxic and they don't do scary shortcuts. I would recommend his company to anyone in need of this type of service.
