This company did an amazing job. The service representative informed me of every step he was taking. This original tile and grout is in a Sun City home. He was able to give the white tiles new life and brought the black grout back to grey. Cannot thank them enough for the fantastic service.

Used Horizon Carpet, Upholstery, Tile & Grout Cleaners to do some carpet repair. I had two holes in my carpeting that my dog created! The carpet technician Shaun was very professional, wore a mask, was even super friendly to my dog! The culprit in these matters. I was impressed with how much time he took and he did it right. He left instructions on foot traffic and suggested to have carpets cleaned and the patches would blend in even better.

I would use this service again and pricing was more than fair considering the cost of carpet replacement. Oh I almost forgot I called on A Sunday and I got a return call at 9 AM monday morning and the repair was completed on Wednesday and it took about an hour and a half.

I love this company and how professional they are! They cleaned our carpets and couches several times and even got stains out that I thought would never come out! They saved the carpet at our apartment and have cleaned our "kid couch" which gets nasty looking several times making it look brand new! Thank you so much for your efficiency and professionalism and I look forward to using you in the future!

Look no further, you found the best in the valley! I am in a rental that has wall to wall carpeting (yuck!) and there have been animals that have used it as indoor grass in the past. and my dog can smell that. The Horizon team is terrific. Deep cleaning with enzyme to help break everything down. Looks fantastic when they leave and they are so quick but thorough.

The Horizon team almost makes me forget I despise carpeting. hehe! Also, Bob, the owner, is one of the nicest (and most professional) people I have met. It is wonderful to use a company that really cares!

Just had Scott with Horizon Carpet & Tile Cleaning come over to clean and sanitize my mattresses. Even though these were in very good condition, there is still such a noticeable improvement. The fabric and fibers have clearly been revitalized and have a fresh scent w/o being overwhelming. Scott's approach was professional and engaging; his method was quick, thorough and environmentally friendly.

The cost for a Queen Pillow Top and 2 Twins was $240, which I found quite reasonable. Add to this the awesome job of coordination by Adam and I simply could not be more pleased with the entire experience. It has been a pleasure interacting with both Adam and Scott. I truly appreciate their assistance. Finally, I would be remiss if I did not send a "shout out" to the fine folks at All Things New Cleaning. This company was called out to our new home because construction broke a window in our bedroom and still glass in the carpet on final walk through. I didn't catch out servicemans name. I wish I did. He was super nice and courteous. Did an excellent job getting the glass out and steamed up the carpet real nice too. Can't wait to use them in the future when needed for our new home!

Great family owned business and I am exceptionally satisfied with the fair price and the work they did! Very friendly employees, they got here when they said they would and I couldn't be happier with the cleaning they did. The carpets look and feel like they're brand new. I would highly recommend horizon carpet to anyone looking for a great local family owned business to support. They even have a military discount which is much appreciated coming from a home of veterans.

I was so impressed with their customer service that I have referred them to many people. My husband wasn't 100% satisfied with the hallway so I called back and spoke to Bob. No questions asked - he just said I'll have my guy return and re-clean. Well I was expecting them to re-clean just the one spot. Oh no, not this company. They re-cleaned the WHOLE house. What other company does that? Horizon Carpet has a customer for life!

Horizon Carpet cleaning came highly recommend to my husband and I, as we needed a company to come out fast for a house we were selling. I found this company on Google and read these same reviews. The gentleman who took our first call and called back very promptly, Adam, was very courteous. Tech Michael, who came out and did the job, was very friendly, fast and efficient, yet still managed to get a great clean on our carpets. Darker traffic and dirt stains were removed very well. I agree with the positive reviews, and have found my carpet cleaning company for life. Very good and quick service for an excellent price, and though I don't believe it is guaranteed, they were able to get us same day within two hours of calling. Thanks Guys!
