Great service! We had the ducts and the dryer vent cleaned. The team of three technicians arrived on time, explained the process, and did a great job. Furniture was replaced when they are done, and they cleaned up very well. I would recommend The Top Hatter, to anyone needing their services.

I have needed to get my vents cleaned for years but never took the time to actually look for a company that does that type of work. I found The Too Hatter company on the Internet and decided to go with them and let me tell you, I am so happy that I did. Mike and Jake were my service techs and I was so pleased on how pleasant and professional that they were.

These two young men did an amazing job and was very willing to work around the other seevice guy I had over at the same time doing some other repairs. I will definitely be telling all my friends Who may be looking for the same type of service. To be honest, it was a smooth and surprisingly seamless visit. My place is cluttered, but Jeremy and Max came in and were super professional while they covered the things that couldn't be moved out of the way. They were delicate with the painted over vent covers, avoiding damage to the paint on the wall. They also worked with me to avoid traumatizing my cats. Super kind and respectful, it was a great experience! 10/10!

My dryer gave me a handy notification that the flow sensor needed to be cleaned (aka the dryer vents). I looked to Yelp to find a reputable company to come out that wouldn't break the pocket book. I spoke to Brandon on the phone and he was quick with a quote, and was eager for a job. When we found out I was out of the service area he gave me two recommendations on who may be available in my area.

I wanted to still leave a review despite not getting service from this company, because Brandon was incredibly professional and eager to help me in any way, even after finding out I wouldn't be a client. That being said, if I ever move closer to the city I know who I will be calling to help with any vent issues.

We had an amazing experience with Top Hatter! The three guys that came to our house were amazing! They were so professional and did a great job providing us updated every step of the way. They were also wonderful to our dogs. : I would highly recommend them to all of our friends, family, and neighbors.

The guys who came out to do the dryer vent cleaning service for us on November 18 were exceptional! They did a great job and were very helpful by explaining the reason for the clog and fixing the issue. Also they did a great job in explaining and putting the dryer in the position in needed to be to keep things flowing well. I did not meet all of the crew but did meet Mike and Eric. They were very helpful! Thank you to Steve and the crew from Top Hatter again! I would highly recommend this company to others and we will use them again!

I highly recommend the Top Hatter for air duct cleaning. The reviews were really good online, and they just finished cleaning my air ducts. I loved it! They were professional, timely, took pictures for me, did a great job in cleaning. They didn't try to upsell me on anything. I had a wonderful experience. I was told I'm good for the next 5-10 years. They also advise me how to protect my vents if I do any major remodeling to keep my vents clean. I felt like I was working with family. I highly recommend them.

Had a dryer vent cleaning service attempt to clear my very clogged dryer duct. He was not able to clear it and still charged me $100. I called Top Hatter and the man I spoke to was confident they could clear it and reminded me that their work is 100% satisfaction guaranteed and I would not be charged if they failed. Well, Top Hatter sent me the dream team of Mike, Milla, and Brandon. They cleared the heck out of my very clogged duct! They really knew what they were doing! Would recommend Top Hatter any day!

I had a live bird trapped in my chimney for several days. I called several companies for removal, but they couldn't confirm that the bird would be unharmed & their price was unreal. I called Top Hatter & they happened to be nearby. For the price of a chimney cleaning, they removed the bird & cleaned my chimney. I couldn't be happier.

The reviews did not lie! I relied on the many 5 star reviews and Top Hatter lived up to all of them. Setting up an appointment was easy. They arrived on time, finished early, and even swept my floors (which needed it even before they arrived). They were very careful to close the door so the dogs didn't get out and other than the noise (which can't be helped) I didn't even know they were here.

They were also very kind in not mentioning what a disaster I'm sure my air vents were as I have always had large, furry dogs and don't clean my filters or vents regularly. They did their jobs efficiently and at a reasonable price. My house already feels better. So happy I found them and hired them!

I spent hours comparing companies for duct cleaning services and a/c diagnostic tests in order to find a reputable company with reasonable prices. I wasn't sure if I even needed this service, but none of the companies that I reached out to were even willing to discuss more than scheduling a cleaning over the phone. The Top Hatter was different.

When I called, I was immediately greeted by an actual person instead of an automated service or a greeting that says to go online for an appointment. I didn't catch his name but he had a 10 minute conversation with me where he clearly explained the whole process in terms that anyone could understand. He gave me time to ask questions and provided fantastic advice.

Just through this one phone call, I learned that my a/c issues may not even be related to the ducts and that I would've been wasting my time and money by scheduling another company's services. I am SO grateful that this family-owned company actually cares about the needs of their clients over the pay. I can't say what a relief it was to be able to have an actual conversation with someone who knows what they're talking about. I can't wait to come back to this company when I need their services. My dryer started smoking on Monday and I called Top Hatter and got an appointment the next day. The guys that came out were so nice and very professional. They did a fantastic job and they also did something that none of the other companies that I've used in the past.they Roto-Rootered out my entire vent from the top of my house all the way down to my dryer vent.

They also used their converted leaf blower and blew it out from the bottom to the top. They said there was a ton of lint that came out. I was so glad to hear that. Who knows how long that had been that way.long enough for my dryer to start smoking and could've caused a fire. I'm so glad that I called Top Hatter and I will be using them in the future to keep my vents cleaned from accumulated lint! You guys are TOPS in my book!

Tophatter is top notch! I will spare the details leading up to me needing to call them but. Basically another unfortunate company (initials are SK, don't use them!) tried to clean my dryer vents and after four times they failed miserably. Carlos and DJ Arrived and promptly identified the problem and resolved it. Turns out the other company left behind about 10 pounds worth of dust and lint. Check out what they were able to retrieve! And keep in mind this is four weeks after the other company supposedly cleaned the vents. Thank you Tophatter!

This company came in and cleaned all of the ac vents, the fireplace, and the dryer vent. They were on time and very helpful in explaining what they do and how they do it. This company will be in business for a lot of years if they keep the employees long term.

We used The Top Hatter 10 years ago to clean our air ducts and dryer vent, so when we realized it was time for another cleaning, they were the first company we called. Fantastic experience and service. Mike and his crew were prompt, professional and efficient. They even went beyond what was expected and replaced broken screws on a vent cover and trimmed our dryer vent hose to the appropriate size. It's been 24 hours and we can already tell that the air quality in our home is much better. I highly recommend The Top Hatter!

We had a team come on 3-31-21 to perform the cleaning of our air duct system and the clean our clothes dryer vent. We selected this company based on the excellent Yelp reviews. I solicited pricing from four other companies. For each company I asked specifically what exactly are you going to do. It was apparent that Top Hatter was going to do a more extensive job (ie do more physical things) to get the job done.

I am not sure that all the "extra work" would give me a better end result, but I liked the extra work. One example is that they would remove all the air registers, take them outside and wash them all. This was not offered by anyone else. The crew arrived exactly at the time promised, with text messages sent prior to their arrival providing status of their ETA.

We have a 2800 sq ft, single story home. The crew of 3 workers performed the job in a bit over 2 hours. Before starting the job, I confirmed the scope of work activities that formed the basis of their selection. It was as quoted to me on the phone, including the price. The work was done efficiently with careful efforts to keep our house from getting dirty.

We were totally satisfied with the job. The Top Hatter price was almost double that of the three other bids but we were okay with that. The work crew wore masks without being asked.

I was so impressed with Top Hatter and have already recommended them to my friends! They were responsive and able to fit me in the same week to clean my air ducts and my chimney. Their COVID protocols are amazing as they are taking it seriously - they asked that I wear a mask when the workers were there, which I appreciated. The workers were on time, professional and happy to answer all my questions. Highly recommend!

Omg, DJ and the rest of this crew were terrific! I called to get their help to get my cat out of my neighbor's chimney, where she had been stuck since Friday night (today is Wednesday) but only discovered today. DJ drew the short straw and was able to wrangle her out of the area behind the flue, but not after Mama getting a few bites in through double gloved hands.

My husband and I can't thank your team enough and we are so pleased to have her back as we really thought we would never know what happened to her. I highly recommend this company and will forever be grateful for their help!

I had a dove stuck in my chimney for a couple of days. I had tried everything to free the little bird but to no avail. I made a call to Top Hatter and they responded that day. The team called just before their arrival, as promised, and came equipped to despatch the creature. They prepared the area and advised me of the potential challenges. After several attempts they were successful.

They returned the fireplace to original condition and cleaned up around the area. They were courteous and polite. The little bird was a bit in shock but recovered nicely. I gladly endorse this company.
