When I dropped off 4 rugs for cleaning I was told approximately when they would be ready. After that it was like I didn't exist. After 2 phone messages and an email, still with no response after a couple weeks, I drove there. The rugs were ready and they acted like nothing was different. They carried my rugs out to the car, put them in the trunk, and when I checked 1 rug was missing.
The lady said it must be rolled up with another rug. When I checked there were only 3 rugs. I had to be assertive to get a response. I got the 4th rug and swore I would never go back! The rugs were clean but it was too strange to return!

Emmanuel's is one of the very best shops for rug cleaning in the country. Not only do they do a great job and all the normal cleaning stuff but they do all the jobs that most people no longer do like blocking a rug which is the correct wrinkles or shape and color correction if there's a problem with a bleeding color. I would consider them one of the top five in the country and the best in the Pacific Northwest.

We've used them before, but it has been a long time. They cleaned oriental rugs for us then, we bought some small rugs from them, and they now cleaned three very dirty ones and did minor repairs. They are polite, efficient, helpful, and exactly on schedule. We've been dealing, occasionally, with rug services, for over 50 years; Emmanuel's are the best.

I found this company on line with several customer good awareness. When I took my Oriental rug to them they removed it from my car (very heavy), viewed it for cleaning and accepted to return it to my house in one week when work was finished. Very nice people working there. It is my first encounter so look forward to receiving my rug today and have told other people about the company. Very positive usage!

The people at Emmanuel's know their stuff. Great customer service and great results. Our large Pakistani rug and our antique Persian rug, both quite dirty when brought in, came back to us clean as a whistle. Their prices are fair; I live in Seattle so I was able to take advantage of the substantial discount available if you bring your items in yourself. Five stars!
