Requested a deep clean on my 3 br condo and had a wonderful experience with PWC. First from Sione, who came over to give me the estimate and worked with me to refine it and make it fit my budget. THen the team they sent of Nelson and Juanita, two hardworking cleaners with an attitude of ensuring satisfaction. The two came early (had a 3rd person who didn't seem to contribute as much) and worked non stop, with extreme attention to detail.
Outside windows were not easy (high floor) yet Nelson got them gleaming. I also loved their cheery attitude and willingness to adjust the cleaning towards areas I considered more important. Please, if you get this team, treat them well and tip them well. This is hard work. Thank you Sione, Nelson and Juanita for making my house beautiful

The worst! First, they lied to me about the cost! When we talked, I repeated the cost.$36 per person per hour. I asked for two women to be here for maximum two hours. The woman I spoke with repeated that price quote to me. Then they put a hold on my bank card for $197.92. When i asked why, I was told that's just how much they hold in case the work goes longer. Ok, first red flag.
Then the women made a couple of major screwups. I have a small two-bedroom apartment. It was relatively clean before they came, but I mostly wanted them to do the tougher stuff.bathrooms, sliding glass doors. Other than that, just dusting, floors, and doing basic cleaning. I came home for a quick view after they left and thought they did a good job.
But when I returned home later tonight, I saw some really nasty things they did.most importantly, they broke the window blinds in one of the bedrooms! And no one apologized or told me a thing about it. They piled stuff from the floor onto the couch and left it there.and did the same with one of the beds. And they only did exactly what I requested.so the dish drainer pad did not get cleaned nor did the top of the waste basket nor did several other things. I'm angry because I feel like I was duped. And I'm angry at the low level of integrity in this company. DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY!

Booked appointment a week in advance and the day before the clean they pushed it back by a day. They didn't ask if that was ok, they just sent an email with a different date. On the day of the cleaning, nobody showed up with my poor tenant waiting. I finally tracked a live person down and apparently they forgot. I asked them to correspond directly with my tenant to give an eta and provided them with his contact info but they didn't. Tenant ended up waiting, 2 hours late. $380 for a 500 sf ohana clean. Unreliable and unprofessional.

Booked a $380 move out clean for a 500 ohana. On the day of the clean, nobody showed up as my tenant waited. I was able to reach someone to ask where they were. Unfortunately no one took the initiative to let me know that they would be over an hour late. Unprofessional and beyond annoying. Not reliable.

I used to work for this company as it was family owned at the time, and started by MY grandfather in 1973 as a window washing company. It fell into the hands of money hungry men, and ruined the wonderful reputation they had on all the islands. Honestly the worst place to work. I was working 10hr plus days at $9 an hour, my paychecks weren't even $500 for every two weeks. That's unrealistic in Maui.
Most of the people who work for this company are going to the food kitchens and sleeping in their cars, because the lack of pay and care for their employees. Do you really want to support a business that doesn't even give a rats ass about their employees?. the owner works his employees to death. literally! DONT RECOMMEND THEM, they'll just bring cockroaches into your home with all their roach infested equipment anyways.

These people are a total ripoff. First they showed up an hour late so we were unable to be home while they cleaned. Then they completely ignored the written instructions we left and did a very minimal surface clean. Dusting was poorly done and I wasn't sure at first if they even cleaned the bathrooms because there was still hair in the drains and only the toilet seats were cleaned. Even the kitchen counters were not wiped down in the corners. What a waste.

I hired PWC for a big wedding event to come and clean the kitchen & bathrooms during the events. In the beginning, the communication was terrible in which I couldn't talk to just one person but kept being rolled over to different people to help me. So every time I called I had to tell the same thing over and over and over.well you get my story.
Long story short. I talked to at least 4 managers and still, the lack of following thru with this company is SAD, to say the least. It's been a FULL MONTH now that I sent an email relaying my dissatisfaction in the job that I hired them for and NOT ONE PERSON REPLIED! If you want communication with quality people don't call this company you will forever be disappointed.
Here is the main part of my email: In all honesty, the cleaning part was done great for what was actually followed thru with. The communication and process leading up to it and the follow up has been a nightmare. The multiple phone calls to get this confirmed, everytime I called and speaking to different people every time and having to explain myself again and again should have given me an idea of what was to come, the multiple calls from PWC for a credit card (5 calls in one day from pwc in which we gave the credit card to 3 different people and then getting an email from the collections department the next day), the proposal and invoice not matching because there was no updated proposal after the phone call on agreed services in which now I see that Saturdays cleaning for the evening was not on the original but thought that it would be followed thru.
It just seems like PWC dropped the ball on so many occasions and it's just so sad that so many people were involved in this but yet it was not done correctly. Just very sad!

PWC are strikebreakers and do not care for working people! PWC have sent workers to cross the picket line at the Sheraton Maui and have taunted hotel employees about it. Sheraton Maui employees are on strike and have been fighting for a contract before it expired 4mos ago. PWC have been actively recruiting and sending workers to scab, having no care or sympathy for the Sheraton employees trying to provide for their families. Beware if these are the kind of people you want to go into business with and trust to come into your home. I'd also call into question their treatment of there workers and any manager that had no problem making money off paying people pennies to cheat other hardworking people. I recommend finding a more respectable cleaning company. (Rated 1 star cause I had to choose at least 1)

We had them steam clean our furniture and our rugs. Their staff showed up an hour early - which is fine by me. He was quiet and neat and did not leave a mess. He steam-cleaned the couch and pillows, three area rugs, two overstuffed chairs, and I noticed he cleaned - as an extra - a little foot hassock. All the furniture had had visible stains but when he was done, at about an hour later, most of the stains were removed.
The couch looked brand new and much brighter. It was a former hotel couch and you know those can get pretty junky, especially since this couch was a light yellow. When he was done, the couch shone as if it was new, and the light yellow was now pleasant to look at and not marred by icky, mysterious gray and brown smears and patches. We were very pleased with the service.
It would have been a five star but I realized after he had left that he had not steam cleaned the back side of the couch. In order to do that, he would have had to move the couch away from the wall, and since that wasn't done, the back side was not cleaned. I think it was just an oversight since he steam cleaned every nook and cranny of everything else, including lifting up cushions and cleaning couch crevices. We would definitely use them again.

Everything great from starting phone call to finish cleaning. Communicated with me easily on setting up cleaning details. I like things done a certain way, I'm picky about who cleans my multi bedroom house because of the imported solid bamboo flooring throughout. PWC was very accommodating. I trust them with my home.

P.W.C The People Who Clean. AKA the people who don't show, unprofessional on the phone, they lie about appointment dates and when you stay for the new appointment they still don't show and don't call! They think they can treat people and their time like it doesn't matter. Dan's condo cleaning in Lahaina recommended PWC maybe he should get this memo to not recommend this company. With a very few short weeks till move out this is all highly disappointing.

I manage vacation rental properties and found myself in a tight spot. A construction job ending a day later than expected (of course) and on the day of a guest arrival. My regular cleaning company could not accommodate the last minute change and we had a VIP arriving. I called PWC desperate for help. "No problem we'll send a "team" over tomorrow, but can't be there till noon". Grateful that they could even come but I needed them first thing in the morning.
They were already booked to the max, but would try to make it earlier. They arrived with a team of 6 at 8:30am! Worked their tails off till 3:00pm, all with smiles on their faces and never once hesitated at any special requests I made. One of their gentlemen cleaners took it upon himself to repair 4 screens that had come away from the frames. His own initiative! Wow that is what I call above and beyond!
This was a last minute construction clean request and they saved me! I've used them before to do deep cleans at my home and have always been more than satisfied especially with their staff attitude. Nice people on the phones in administration and nice people out in the field. They have along history on this island. Thank you PWC once again! Mary

I contacted PWC for a move-out cleaning on our cottage. I asked for a "guestamation" instead of having them come out to the property for an estimate due to the tight time frame for my new renter. The manager said they cleaned cottages all the time in our neighborhood and our cottage is well maintained. I let them know that I wanted windows, blinds and screens cleaned, as well as all shelving, etc.
The refrigerator had already been cleaned and the oven had been put through the auto-clean cycle. I had removed all of the drapes. They did not do any laundry or make any beds. They said that 750 sq. ft. cottages usually ran around $225 to $250 to clean. This was in line with what I had paid in the past. Our cottage is in good repair and I felt comfortable with the pricing.
A few dollars more would have been OK. They arrived on time and three ladies were left to start the cleaning. The young man who drove them over said he would return shortly to finish the windows and pick them up. Over five hours later the team was still there and they had not started the kitchen or living room, windows or screens. I called the office and expressed concern that it was taking so long.
The manager was defensive and told me I should have gotten an estimate but agreed to call the supervisor. I waited 25 minutes and finally called him back. He said that they would cap the cleaning at $600 and go ahead and finish the job. I was floored. He also mentioned that it sounded like they had sent too many people and that something did not seem right.
Several hours later they left. The next morning I went down to the cottage only to find that they left kitchen and livingroom area half cleaned. The smaller appliances (the toaster, can opener, etc.) were not wiped down, the area under the kitchen sink had not been touched, the garbage can and sink, and chef's mat were still dirty and did not look like they had been touched.
When I later moved the couch, I found that they had not cleaned under or behind it. I had to sweep and mop the entire area. I also had to move furniture back into position. It became apparent that if furniture was where it belonged that indicated that they had not cleaned under it. The television and small dressers were left pulled out several feet from where they usually were.
The cords from blinds were left in knots. It took several hours to finish the cottage. Parts of the job were well done. The bathroom sparkled and the windows were spotless. Fans were clean, and everything was dusted with the exception of some of the kitchen drawers. Their people were friendly. The manager was difficult and defensive. When I called him back to discuss the $600 and the poor quality of the cleaning he said he had to speak with his people.
A week later I saw where he had charged my credit card for the $600. He did not contact me as he said he would. He did not take responsiblity for what was an obvious lapse in supervision on their part. This is the first negative review I've ever left. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. The amount that I was overcharged for this job and the poor quality of the finished work, along with the combative attitude of the manager convinced me that my neighbors deserved a heads up on this company.
It has been a stressful and unpleasant situation. If you decide to use them, I strongly recommend that you: 1. Get a flat rate quote and ask them to itemize what they will do in writing 2. Make sure that the supervisor will remain on property 3. Check in frequently to make sure that the work is being done to properly
