Gene helped remove a stubborn stain from our light-colored couch and cleaned our rug. He was prompt, courteous, and highly skilled, as was Kaitlyn, who booked our appointment. Since I have a toddler, I especially loved that Chemdry uses eco-friendly cleaning solutions. I would definitely recommend Chemdry Seattle and would happily use them again!

Our labradoodle decided to leave her mark on our carpet on the one day we left her alone at home! We tried to remove the stain (and odor) using "over the counter" products, but we made it worse. When we called Chem-Dry, they were very professional and promptly scheduled the appointment. Gene arrived on time and did a great job. He took the time to explain why the stain got worse, and even cleaned a couple of other small dirty spots he identified.

He explained that a subtle stain could remain and if that happened he would come back and do a touch up. That indeed was the case and Gene came to our place today (MLK holiday) and removed everything. I am very please with his work, and I highly recommend him.

Expensive! Didn't accept my coupon. Upselling that wasn't needed! The carpet was still dirty afterwards. Never use them again.

Just felt like it was a rushed job and and the salesman was better than the product. The animal smells still still smelt the same after 1st and second treatment. He said it sometimes takes three treatments. So I left him a message to do a 3rd treatment and there was no follow up. Nice people but feeling like I wasted my money. Spots came back and my carpet looked better when I did it before. Have better luck than I!

Wow, what an amazing difference in my carpets! I never thought they would be this clean after years of kids and pets. Don was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We had wall to wall carpet the was filthy and stained (dogs, kids). Now it looks like new thanks to Chem Dry. We also had the same amazing result with the 2 area rugs that we had cleaned. They were wool oriental carpets and looked beautiful after cleaning. The best part.it was all dry the same day! And all the stinky odor gone! Recommend Chem Dry and I would use it again.

Just had my carpet cleaner by chem dry and I am SO happy with the results! 4 years of grandchildren, art projects, dog smell.you name it! And now it looks new again! All stains are gone and it smells great. The service was professional and on time. And the carpet dries fast with this process. I would definitely choose Chem Dry in the future!

I scheduled service with Chem-Dry a few weeks ago to have them come out and clean our carpets today, Sept 11th at 9am. At 9:15am there still wasn't a technician here so I called and the scheduler claimed that I had scheduled for October 11th which isn't the case because I put the appointment in my calendar immediately after making it. If they would send confirmations, this could be avoided.

He then promised a tech would be at our house by 1pm today, and then later at 3pm. The tech just called and explained that his tank exploded and he can't make it today now, and that the scheduler told him that my wife screwed up making the appointment despite the fact that it was myself who called. I just scheduled with D.A Burns & Sons. I don't think Chem-Dry has the ability to be reliable.

Same impression with other reviews about this business. Came earlier than appointments so the customer couldn't say anything, careless cleaning removes no spots nor any stains.and this is recommended by my realtor.and when I called to discuss, the person answering denied then saying that I was yelling - the typical lame attitude that being used as an excuse to fight back.

Asked the cleaning service on August 15 at 2 pm. The quote I get for my 8 by 10 area shag rug was 120 initially over the phone. But the second call make the quote ramp up to 140 and I thought it was fine. After carpet evaluation, the man soon asked 20 more dollars for so-called deep cleaning. I assumed it's some advanced technique just like deep learning with respect to machine learning.

I asked him the work time before the work which is about 40-50 minutes. Then they do the job in the living room while I went back to my room. In about 20 minutes, I went out my room and found out their they have moved out cleaning machine already and waited for my signature. Later on, I found they leave the voice message that they want to do the cleaning service earlier which I finally noticed it after the cleaning is done.

Then it makes sense--They rushed to rip off the next customer! BTW, my poor area rug is about 240 dollars and the cleaning costs 160. The whole cleaning story with chem dry is totally absurd.

My wife Christina and I were really disappointed with the service and results. We were upsold the healthy home package that included sanitizer that reduces bacteria. It was also supposed to reduce allergies and be friendly to toddlers. My wife's allergies have actually gotten worse and been nonstop and my 20m old is getting rashes every time she lays on the carpet. For everyone else - don't fall for the upsell. Stick with the basic cleaning if you have to use them.

Waste of time and money. They said they could get the carpet stains out, it would be easy, it would be quick. Turns out they couldn't get any of the stains out, said it didn't always work. Then they took my money and tried to sell me some more snake oil

Friendly and competent. They do a lot of upselling of protective, stain coat, or some diamond package or such. Charged us a bunch for cleaning an old leather couch. Looks not much different after the cleaning. They are efficient, in terms of time. Our previous cleaning was done by Accel Carpet Cleaning. Accel was more meticulous and thorough. When Chem-Dry was done, we felt like we had a cleaned carpet. When Accel was done, it looked like new carpet. So, there's that.

ChemDry of Seattle was scheduled to arrive between 1-3pm yesterday. They arrived at 4:20pm. Micah was a nice guy but my carpets were not very clean. The heavy traffic area was still dark. There were spots that were still on the carpet. The carpet was still very wet after 5 hours so I had to crank on my furnace and put out a space heater on my stairs and hallway.

It was finally dry this morning. I used my Spot Shot spray to go over some of the still dirty spots. Also, they have a $150 minimum fee. I had a $25 coupon from their site for 1st time customers. They would not take the $25 off of the $150, Instead tried to sell me up on other products. I threw the coupon away and won't be calling them again. I miss my 30+ year carpet guy who retired. My carpet was always clean when he left and dry in 2-3 hours.

Going to give them a couple days to get back to me. Michael came out today, nice guy. They will try to sell an upgrade which I declined. I cleared areas to be be groomed over even though there were no obvious stains in the 3 BR, did a good job on Master after having our pups up there for 9 years. It just seems as though he did the bare minimum. Some of the areas were dry as if never brushed over.

I did not realize this until much later when I noticed large areas were still damp yet the periphery was bone dry, which told me that those areas were never done! I am hopeful.

SO IMPRESSED with Chem-Dry of Seattle! Requested a quote/appointment for couch cleaning and they got in touch with me same day. Most reasonable price of any of their competitors. While other companies turned me down or wanted to charge more because I live in an apartment, Chem-Dry made no fuss about it. Don was awesome, he was in and out within an hour and our couch has never looked better. We had some deep pet stains that have completely disappeared, and our couch is better than brand new. Thank you!

Time and Marc are the two best carpet/tile cleaners I've ever had clean my carpets and tiles. Not only are they fantastic at what they do, they are two excellent men. My carpets went from completely dirty to totally spotless. They worked fast and efficiently and were very friendly. I highly recommend them for any dirty carpets or tiles! Best guys in town.

Make sure you understand what you are paying for before the cleaner gets to your house. I was quoted the minimum for a small space with about 12 stairs but when the servicer got here the price went up about $70. I also picked this outfit because they are "local" but then I was charged a vehicle fee since the servicer had to drive from Kirkland - not local and not cool to omit mentioning this during my quote.

The cleaning was too fast (he was running behind he said) so not terribly happy with the cleaning, service and price for a small space - plus the lack of honesty or transparency.

I admit I found this one in the coupon book I get in the mail. I'm usually leery of those, but my husband was insistent on using a process that was less wet than standard carpet cleaning so I booked an appointment. I forget the name of the technician, but he arrived on time and completed our fairly large house in record time. It was impressive considering the amount of carpet we have.

Even with the coupon, it was quite expensive. A lot more than I paid last year. But we also covered all of the carpets in the house and I added in a stainguard treatment. Maybe unnecessary, but when you have kids you need all the help you can get. As advertised, the carpets took a lot less time to dry and they looked great. He wasn't quite able to get out all of the stains (I didn't expect a miracle), but the stains do appear much more faded. The whole process was an easy experience. We'll probably be using them again next year.

Chem-Dry of Seattle is the best! My elderly mother needed her carpets cleaned, and I live 2,000 miles away. Alex was very nice and helped me set up the cleaning over the phone, and Sam was so kind to my mother and made her feel very comfortable. He did a fantastic job, and she was thrilled. Just had the most amazing experience with Chemdry. The technician was so friendly and professional, and got out all of my pet stains! I don't think my carpets have ever been so clean! As a bonus he spot treated my couch when he noticed a small stain. talk about going above and beyond. Will never use another cleaning service again :

This is a great company! We have had other companies out to clean our rugs in the past but none came close to what Chem-Dry did! Don was an amazing technician! He was super knowledgeable, friendly and even got the job done quickly! He made our carpet shine like new, as well as getting the cat urine out of our carpet (which we didn't even know we had)! We'll be using Chem-Dry from now on and next time we use them we would love to have Don back! He's very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable during the whole process! :)

I have been using Chem-Dry for many years now. They got on my radar after seeing what their technician, Don, did for the sad affair that was passing for carpet in a friends rental house. It was threadbare and awful, the landlords REALLY should have replaced it - but Don, somehow, made it ivory and fluffy! Astonishing, really. I had a multiple cat household when I started requesting Don and Chem-Dry to come out and clean my carpets, and thanks to them, my 15 year old carpets only show a little wear in the highly trafficked areas.

The carpet always looks light and fluffy after Don is done and it smells great (as in NO ODOR, because it's clean) and it dries in about an hour and a half, even though I live in a cool, shaded house. So I know they're using way less water to clean than other carpet cleaners I had tried. On a more personal note, as a woman I felt very safe having Don work in my house and with me there.

He is professional, explains the charges fully and is VERY quick. I had over 1,000 sq. ft cleaned and fluffed and dried in under an hour the last time he was here. He is on time or early and they are very good to call you and let you know if there is any change in plans or delay. Chem-Dry has coupons and specials available on their website, but if you get on their mailing list, you will get great coupons in the mail as well. I recommend Chem-Dry of Seattle and Don in particular. A great, local company. I had to review them again because they have been so consistently good.

My carpet was so deeply stained and worn I didn't think it could withstand cleaning. I contacted Chem-Dry and was fortunate enough to have Don, the lead Technician answer the call. Don was punctual ( a trait I put great value on), professional, respectful and friendly. He cleaned the carpet so swell I wouldn't have believed it was the same one if I hadn't witnessed it myself! Not only did he do a superb job the cleaning agents are Eco-friendly. If you want your carpets cleaned call Chem-Dry first. You won't be sorry.

I was very happy with his punctuality, communication, results and his work ethic. The carpets had not been cleaned in 4 years and he made them look new again!
