This is hands down the worst customer service I have ever received. I paid $300 for a deep clean and this is what they left behind. They were also late. So rude and gross. I suggest therapy. I used Maggy Maid for a standard cleaning for my apartment. They did a fantastic job! Bathrooms, carpets, hardwood floors were all perfectly cleaned and spotless. The kitchen and dining room area looked brand new. It was easy to book, they're very responsive and the cleaning itself was quick. Would definitely recommend! Service: Standard cleaning

The reservation process was seamless. The professionals arrived on time and followed the special instructions that were provided during the reservation process. They arrived with all the items that were needed. The quality of work was great. Since this was my first time I had to stay to perform a walkthrough at the start and end of service. It didn't take them too long to get the job done. Thank you!

I'd give zero stars if I could. We were quoted $250 to do a basic cleaning in an empty house that only needed floors and bathrooms cleaned along with some dusting. I honestly can't tell you what they did beside fold the toilet paper--dust was still on the counters and when I wiped the floors with a paper towel it was obvious that they hadn't even swept.

We called to let them know and were told we were given the wrong info from the recruiter and it should have been $490, so we "got a deal". They couldn't tell us what the maids actually did but wanted to charge us $80 more to have them come back and finish this "basic cleaning". When we told them we either wanted a refund or to have them come do the job they told us they'd do because we had already paid $250 for nothing, we were told (and I quote): "YOU CAN DREAM ABOUT GETTING A REFUND OR THAT WE WILL SEND ANOTHER MAID OUT WITHOUT CHARGING BUT IT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN." I shared that if the recruiter that took the call gave us the wrong information, that was on them and the business needed to eat the cost and educate their employees vs taking it out on the customer.

He then proceeds to argue with us and insult us some more (including calling us cheap for not wanting to pay $80 more) before hanging up. End of day, we didn't get the service that was described to us and are out money without any resolution. I would absolutely NEVER book them again and would warn anyone that does of this shady business. Incredibly professional and a waste of time and money.

Meticulously neat and tidy, professional, timely and very thorough. Very pleased with my new connection for my rental properties!

My apartment is SO CLEAN! It wasn't this clean when I first moved in. The kitchen counters shine. My oven is clean. My balconies (all three) are clean. My windows are clean. Maria and Andrea worked so hard. And they were so nice. And they were fast. Both my husband and I (over 65) were present and they were very considerate of that fact. Hard to believe they got this place so clean and did not disturb us.

Very quick to respond, punctual, courteous & immaculate cleaning service. I arranged for move-out cleaning of my son's apartment. He said that it was cleaner than when moved in. Definitely refer this company.

Rolando and Maria were great. They showed up on time, but my car died on the way to meet them at the apartment in which I had just moved out of. They waited for a total of 45 minutes for me to ditch my car and sprint over to the apartment. They were very courteous, not exacerbating an already pretty hectic morning. I let them in, they took my phone number just in case, and they allowed me to run back to the car to meet the tow truck. By the time the car logistics were finished and I was able to meet them back at the house, they were just about finished and we were ready for a final inspection.

First time going with Maggy Maid. Will definitely use them again. The crew arrived on time and completed the job in the time they estimated. For the cleaning itself, I could not be happier with the attention to detail!

I had a deep cleaning done from Anthony and it was fantastic. My residence is spotless and he took the time to do a good job. He is also a really great guy and a musician. Thank's Maggy Maid and Anthony!

We highly recommend this company. Ashley amd Madison cleaned our home today and were super professional and courteous. They came in and provided the custom cleaning we had scheduled perfectly. They took care of all the details and left the house shinning and bright. The whole process was such an easy one and the personality of the team and company made it very comfortable to tailor the cleaning to exactly what you want done.

I was surprised about how "clean" everything was, and no cleaning residue on anything. I don't believe any other cleaning service provides this professionalism, personality and the custom designed work. This was our first time using Maggy Maids and we were very happy we did.

Although the customer service was top notch - the cleaning service was terrible. What should have been a 3-4 hour job turned into a 7 hour job and it wasn't even finished. Initially ( when i was in the home ) the cleaners were doing a fine job. Finished 2 of 3 rooms and 1 bathroom within 2 hours. After awhile - the cleaner ( Lysa ) urged me and my girlfriend to leave the house so they could finish their work.

I came back two hours later to find the home was in the same condition as it was before we had left. They told us to come back at 6:30PM after arriving at 10:45AM saying there was no way the job could be done until then. When I arrived at 6:20 - the job was still not finished. At 6:45 - I asked the cleaner - who was still not finished if i could start my final walk through as there were new tenants coming to look at the home at 7.

She agreed but, on my walk through i found the carpet was in worse shape than it was when they entered, the mirrors had streaks, floors weren't cleaned, and when i brought it up to the cleaner - she got hostile and yelled at me and her help. I had to ask her to leave and I finished up the job as best as i could before the tenants came. One of the worst experiences of my life. The company offered an apology, but I would still stay away and search for a better company if possible.

Elsy and Ricardo were absolutely amazing! The apartment was sparkling after they were done, and they were super kind and cleaned our refrigerator even though we forgot to include that service when we ordered. It was really nice of them. Also, I left my laptop out and its screen had some smudges on it before they came, but I noticed they took care of that, so that the screen was clean too!

It was little details like this that really took their work over the top for us. Also, they organized all of our shoes and our prescription medication bottles, and everything just looked so perfect after they left. I really appreciated how thorough they were. Just a warning though: please have a cash tip ready when you use Maggy Maid, because they don't have the ability to charge your card on file in order to tip the maids.

I felt so bad, we only had $20 on us after the maids were done, and we would've loved to tip them more considering the size of the job! So definitely make sure you have a tip ready. I really hope Maggy Maid solves this problem soon.

Just called to book a cleaning. Agent quoted me $144 for a 2 bedroom cleaning. I asked why it was quoted at that and the pricing online shows $126 for a 2 bedroom online. She said she would check on this and continues to tell me that is not true. I said go to the website it shows $126. She kept arguing with me so I let her know I would go with another agency. What a scam! Be careful they have pricing that isn't honest. The online pricing shows 3 bed 2 bath $144. 2 bed 2 bath $126.

Jacky helps me with the move out clean today. I'm extremely satisfied with the results. She cares details and did a great job. I had move in clean with another company which did a sloppy job. Thus I can tell how different it is. I hope I have used the Maggy maid at first place :.

This was my first time hiring cleaners and boy was i happy! Nelly was assigned to my home and she did such an amazing job. She is such a sweet person and was very detailed, thorough and completed the cleaning very efficiently. Definitely requesting her again next time I book!

This is my first time with Maggy Maids but it will not be my last. It started with the initial phone call, manager was pleasant and patient. Once they came it was unbelievable how hardworking and pleasant they both are. If you can imagine someone cleaning your home as they would their own with a smile. Having a larger home it took longer than expected and neither of them stopped their steady efficient flow.

I called them and as a consummate professional would, she made sure that my service was exceptional! I will absolutely be making this company a part of my monthly regimen and I would recommend their services to anyone looking for home cleaning services!

Maria and Andrea were excellent. They were thorough and professional and carefully listened to me. I will definitely use this service again and request Maria and Andrea. My building had been fumigated and I wanted to have my floors, fridge, and surfaces scoured. They exceeded my expectations.

Stayed a little past the allotted time simply because they wanted to finish the job right and it wouldn't have sit right with them had they not finished it. I was very appreciative. They did a great job cleaning the blinds and floors. Great overall job! I would highly recommend.

The Maggy Maid team did a phenomenal job of really getting into all the nooks and crannies of my place. I opted for the deep clean option, since it had been some time since my (~1250 sq.ft.) place had gotten a good scrub down. They cleaned the fridge and even got into and organized my bathroom drawers. Definitely worth the price.

This is my second time having Rachel and Tony clean my apartment, and once again they were incredible! My apartment gets extra dusty for some reason, and since it had been a while I was in need of a really deep clean. They cleaned my place so thoroughly, I joked when I got home that it looked like they'd re-painted the walls -- they dusted so well that my walls literally looked a different color. You never know how filthy your home is until you have actual wizards clean it for you. Rachel and Tony are my forever cleaners now, book them ASAP!

This was my first house cleaning experiences and it was 100 percent worth it. I contacted about 6 different cleaning services on Yelp looking to clean my 2 bedroom 3 bathroom house. I was having family in town that weekend and some of my family members are allergic to the two cats I have, so i wanted a really fresh clean. Here's my experience: Response time: Maggy maid responded almost immediately to my Yelp quote request and even provided a discount code to start me off with.

This was an awesome bonus and I called right away. Customer service: I spoke to a very pleasant and helpful woman on the phone and I wanted to discuss how this whole situation works. She explained everything thoroughly to me and took the time to price everything out. I asked her If there was any chance I can book a cleaning for the next day (less than 24 hours) and to my surprise she did everything she could to book me a cleaner for 8 am the next morning. Fantastic. Price: I was quoted about 5 hours for my house at a rate of 35 dollars and hour.

This was one of the cheapest quotes I received that day. Extra bonus. I gave my credit card over the phone and I was told that If the cleaner completed in less time, then my price would be adjusted. The day of cleaning: the cleaner, Guadalupe, showed up just after 8am (I was given a range between 8 and 9 when she would arrive) and she was very friendly and listened to everything I wanted to focus on.

She really took her time to clean every detail but still worked fast not to drag the time out. She even took the time to scrub off stains I thought were permanent on my refrigerator. She was very considerate of my husband and I still being in the house and she was fine with my pets being there as well. My husband stayed the entire cleaning time and did a final walkthrough with her. Maggy maid texted me and checked in frequently to make sure the cleaner was there and that I was satisfied with the experience.

After the cleaning: I was contacted for a follow up call and was really impressed how clean my house actually was in 5 hours and how smooth and easy this whole experience was. Overall: I am very impressed with this company and very impressed with my cleaner Guadalupe. The price is reasonable and the company genuinely cared before, middle, and after. I highly recommend booking Guadalupe if you want a thorough and respectful cleaner. I will be scheduling her for biweekly cleanings from now on!

I had a death in the family which brought in out of town family guests unexpectedly. Maggy Maid was able to accommodate me with a next day appointment and I was really grateful for that. I also liked being able to initiate the quote right here on Yelp. Maggy Maid was the first company that responded and also had availability for the short notice. The cleaner, Shannon, arrived on time and worked hard throughout the time she was there.

My only complaint is that she ended up having to work a lot longer than initially estimated. I had requested that they send two cleaners because I had shutters, Craftsman wood surfaces and hardwood floors which take a lot of time to clean along with the rest of the home. The company was able to make the necessary adjustments and I was happy with the cleaning.

Customer service was outstanding and communicated with me before, during and after the cleaning to make sure that things were going as planned and that I was satisfied with their services. This part of the service added a nice touch and was very effective.
