The crew arrived right on time however that's the only positive thing I can say. Unfriendly group, poor communication, took no pride in their work as they rushed through. After they left i had to go over their work, removing smudges and bird droppings that should have been taken care of by the crew had they taken the time or cared at all about the quality of their work. Very rushed job. Some attention to detail would have been nice. I will not use them again.

DO NOT BOTHER, the service is poor and the quality even worse. The people who come to clean the windows did not have any skill.

They have terrible customer service. I've called and emailed in regards to using their window washing services, but have yet to hear back weeks later.

Wow what a difference! The office staff (Ana) was great and very responsive over email, even with my multiple reschedules due to work, weather, etc. when the personnel arrived (on time) they did the work effectively and with minimal disruption. I'm very happy and will contAct them again next time.

Terrible customer service. Untrustworthy in your home. Read the other reviews. Find someone else.

Horrible service! Obviously Dave gets lots of business by referral! No customer service skills! Zilch! Doesn't care! If you don't do it his way, he walks! He should walk! All the way to the state line and get out!

Always so efficient, meticulous and extremely nice. Highly recommend, and they've only raised their prices by $20 in 15 years.

The best! The men are courteous and do an amazing job! They do over and above what is asked of them. We've used them for 4 years and wouldn't want anyone else.

We were looking for a window washer to wash the windows of our apartment building in downtown Los Angeles. We do not have a lift for over the side of the building so it required washing the windows from the inside of the apartments. We asked Dave the Window Washer to give it a try and price. They washed the windows on 6 apartments. In the windows that lift up they washed what they could reach and left a stripe of dirt across every window.

None the same size and all different kinds of clean. I am writing this review because I am sending a check for $670 to a Collection Agency today because they did not stand behind their work nor discount it. I am happy to send a check to the collection agency knowing they will NOT get the full amount which is all I asked for when we got the bill. We ended up using the company Red Door Building and Restoration.

They came in and actually created a spatula device to clean in between the windows where no one else could. they charged less and are still working on our building apartment by apartment. Highly recommended.

I've used Dave the Window washer a few times. Their prices are very high, but workers are professional & quick. Every time I've used them, they've forgotten a few windows or skylights & had to come back.not that big of a deal, but a pain. Recently, we had them power wash our house after a bit of construction. Very expensive & was not done well.

The power washer used too much pressure & took the paint off the shingles on every side of the house. At first they claimed we had "old, low quality paint". House was painted 4 years ago with best exterior paint available. I met with a manager who said he would "accommodate" us. Also spoke with another worker who said usually they don't recommend power washing shingled houses (news to me). Heard back from owner who is "only" going to charge me 50% of power washing. Lame! Costing me more than the power washing to repaint. Really disappointed all around, but especially in the customer service area.

Called and got a quote for my employer and was told to call whenever we were ready to schedule the appointment. I called after 9 am on a Wednesday and reached voicemail after numerous rings. I left my information, the quote number, and the date we wanted an appointment. That was over a week ago and still have not heard back. Very unprofessional, I won't bother calling them back

I used them for three years until my wallet was stolen and they took no action.

OK, now I'm a Yelper. When I've gotten my windows cleaned in the past, there were extra charges for security screens and rose bushes, and whole crew descended on the house. "Dave" (Prakash) gave me a very fair price without any add-ons and this time it was one guy, another "Dave" (Christian) who showed up. He was here for three and a half hours and did a BEAUTIFUL job!

He cleaned the sills and frames inside and out, used a drop cloth on the floors, and a razor blade to scrape yucky stuff off the glass. The only thing I wish he had done was clean the screens at the same time. Next time I'll ask about that.

I wasn't at all impressed by the window washers (where is Dave, by the way?) They look o.k., but the workers (2 of them) merely used their 'breath' to clean out the tracks by 'blowing the dirt' onto the floor (at which point I had to clean the floors). They walked through the house with their dirty shoes and I was expected 'booties' especially after reading the amazing website about how professional the service would be.

They cleaned with windows, yes, but they weren't really pleasant and the price was high, so I would not use their services again. By the way, Dave is MIA. The guys' shirts say 'Dave' but that's not their names. I don't like writing negative reviews, but I have to be honest for other future customers. Average at best. If I paid my kids the same amount of money, something tells me they could have done the equivalent job and would have cleaned the tracks without getting the dirt on the floor.

Washing windows. one of those tasks that you think you know how to do, so it never occurs to you to hire a professional, but then you try it, and you never go back. I've used DTWW for about 3 yrs. DTWW's crew is kind, professional, and quick. In addition to window washing, they steam-clean carpets, rugs and furniture. (Again, do I really see myself lugging the steam-cleaner from Home Depot.?) I'm sure DTWW is not the cheapest, but they show up on time, do a great job with no hassles or hand-holding, and end on time. That's worth it to me.
