We are so happy we used Flood Pro! This was our first experience with a flooded basement. We were shocked and distressed to say the least. Flood pro arrived the same day and eased our minds. They worked late on a Sunday night to extract the water and ended up saving our carpet, which saved us a ton of money. It has been 4 months and our basement looks like it never flooded.

So glad they were able to help me out with our home. Mark (the owner) was very professional, explained what needed done and got to work immediately. He monitored the equipment throughout the process to ensure everything was dry and safe afterwards. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and if I ever need it I'll definitely use him again.

On the morning of Super Bowl Sunday 2020, I got up to take a shower in my upstairs master bathroom. I noticed that the water did not warm up and that there was low pressure. I went to the basement to see if the hot water heater had given out, and I observed a stream of water spurting from the floor. (It turned out to be a burst pipe.) The water had probably been flowing for hours and it had flooded the finished basement.

I knew of Mark and his FloodPro and CarpetPro businesses already, but I didn't really know him. I knew I should shut off the main water line and call FloodPro, so I did. Mark called back immediately. By 9am on a Sunday, he was at my house with a helper and a truck. They soaked up the water, installed fans, and did other things to remedy the situation.

Mark figured out that it was the basement hot water supply line that was the problem, so we turned that line off and were able to have water in the rest of the house. He came back every day at least once to check the moisture levels and to adjust his equipment. He was able to save our basement carpet. Mark will be happy to tell you more about moisture levels and carpet than you could possibly want to know. He is passionate about his work and clearly he knows it well. He is truly a very nice guy. He worked well with the insurance company. I highly recommend him and his company.

We had a flood that needed prompt service. I called Flood Pro and talked to Mark. After explaining what happened, he assured me they could handle the job. After a few days of cleanup and monitoring, you would never know I had a flood. Amazing job with excellent service and professionalism. Highly recommended and I will definitely use them again.

Mark came out right away when our basement flooded. He was punctual and conscientious covering all bases for everything that was damaged. He came every day to make sure things were drying as they should and was incredibly thorough in documentation of all damaged items. For a situation like this, Mark and Flood Pro made a bad experience so much better by providing incredible service and kindness. Huge shout out to Mark, Mike, Megan, and Kelly for helping me calm down when I called in with a leak that went across my ENTIRE basement! I was about to lose my mind and they explained what they could do and they helped me set up services to take care of the soaked carpet AND eliminate the chances of mold growing. Flood Pro was able to completely clean the Biggy mess of dried paint I spilled on my carpet. Their customer service was superb. They called me within 24 hrs of service request on their site. Their manager, Mark, was fantastic.
