ABC cleaners are a dream to work with. They are prompt, and get the rugs cleaned in a beautiful and thorough manner. We had several rugs that were in desperate need of getting steamed / cleaned, and they made everything easy! The pick-up crew is always reliable with timing, clean (they wear shoe covers too), and friendly. 10/10 reco, they are great and we've been using them now regularly

We have used ABC several times over the last 5-7 years. The service representatives are friendly and knowledgeable. Our rugs were picked up and returned within the time frame we were given and the pickup and delivery crews were quick and efficient. I sent 4 carpets out for cleaning prior to a move, figuring that with ABC's years of experience, and that carpets are their main business driver, they would provide exceptional service. Well, they ruined 1 of my carpets. The other 3 were cleaned "ok" not fantastic, but not bad. The 4th is destroyed (though they have taken it back and are going to "try to fix" it).

How they will accomplish this is a mystery, considered they took a vibrant (garnet), hand knotted, natural plant dyed Persian rug, and brought it back at least 2 shades lighter, as a whole, with bleeding colors on the motifs. Upon receiving the rug I called to complain and was told that per the intake form "bleeding colors could happen". Um, really?

I've never experienced this in the past. I sent the carpet back over a week ago, and still haven't received an intake assessment. Update on 7/29: After an attempted "fix" of the carpet by cleaning it again, the company tried to deliver it as if all was taken care of. I received new pictures where it was obvious that the new cleaning had only faded the carpet more and all of the colorful motifs in the center were now blending into one beige color.

I refused delivery and asked for the company to 1. refund the cleaning cost, and 2. replace the carpet with one of equivalent size, value, and style. The request was forwarded to the "owner" over 2 weeks ago and I have yet to hear back (even though I sent an email earlier this week asking for a status update).

This was a wonderful experience in every way! From the first phone call for an estimate, to picking up the rug, and letting me know everything regarding the stains all the way through the rugs return. The guys who returned it were also wonderful, careful and laid the rug back exactly how I wanted it. I could not have asked for a better experience. I will never call anyone else!

We are thrilled with our rug cleaning. It was a fast turn around, almost free full service pick up and delivery, and the rug looks amazing.

Rugs look fabulous! Under padding is perfectly sized. Installation men were friendly and super helpful - willing to make adjustments to suit our design preferences.

Spectacular service. Sent three people to pick up and return the rugs. Carefully removed furniture and bed from above the rugs without a scratch to the rugs. Returned with the same precision. Each time it took only 15 minutes. And rugs were spotless.

I recently used ABC to clean a fairly expensive oriental rug, $10K+ value. They did a beautiful job washing it and replaced a small section of fringe that had come off from vacuuming. Many years ago they cleaned a Tibetan rug on which my 7 year old son spilled bright red paint. Although I thought the rug was ruined at the time, they were able to remove 98% of the stain so that the damaged area is barely noticeable only on close inspection.

Their delivery men are respectful and careful. I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is that I don't have a basis for comparison as I have used them exclusively and am being conservative in my rating.
