Long Island Carpet Cleaners came to my home for a difficult job (dog poop) on a wool carpet. They told me upfront that these stains are extremely difficult to get out, and that the process could actually damage it. They were extremely professional and when the stain did not come out, Dorothy at headquarters had them come back for a 2nd attempt. I would highly recommend this company for any cleaning issues around the home.

Critical: Quality I had a fresh stain on my carpet, and they came to my house in about a day after the incident. When the guy arrived, he told me that my carpet would have to be cleaned at their facility. Several months later, they delivered it to my house and the stain looked equally as bad as before. We have used Long Island Carpet Cleaners to take care of our rugs for over 30 years; they have cleaned and repaired our carpets perfectly, picked them up on time and delivered them on time and responded promptly to any questions we had. We have had furniture cleaned and it took out all the stains and brought the fabric to its original color. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

I grew up with my mom sending out our carpets to these guys and I used them this year to clean some rugs that were badly damaged and a rescued couch that was in desperate need of cleaning. Both times, the work was done expertly, promptly, patiently and the customer service was impeccable. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Them!

I have been a customer of Long Island Carpet Cleaners for over 20 years. I find them to be reliable, hard working while doing their job, and budget friendly. My carpet always looks new when they finish with it. They have also cleaned my club chairs on a number of occasions and that worked out well too. I have been using Long Island carpet cleaners for the past 10 years. They are always on-time, professional and do an excellent job. I have a big family, several dogs and my carpets, sofas, and chairs are always in pretty bad shape by the time they come. I am always amazed at how much better everything looks and smells after a visit. And a special shout-out to Dorthy who is always such a pleasure to work with.

I have used them several times both for sending out rugs to be cleaned and to have them clean wall to wall carpeting. I love using them. We just had the carpeting done and we got an appointment very quickly. The men who came to do the work were courteous, efficient and quick. Our carpeting was badly stained and almost all of the stains were removed. The two worst ones are much lighter.

We have been using Long Island Carpet Cleaners for over 15 years. The staff who take your calls and do the scheduling are polite and accommodating to special needs. The cleaning crew arrive on time and always respectful of the entire home. For quite a few years we have requested that Gus be the lead service man, and LI Carpet never fails. Gus is cordial and efficient. He attends to special stains and advises us on carpet care. He has good rapport with his support team and manages them well.

It was smooth. They came as planned for pick up, then dropped off in the new apartment. After the cleaning the carpets looked much better, very fresh, clean and fluffy. The new padding we purchased made a big difference and gives the carpets an added "bounce". Very happy about the whole experience and worth the money. Am considering having this company clean some of our furniture.
