This company does not provide the cleaning services they promise. We hired them for our office in September 2017 and continued to have problems with their cleaning services. Peter Russo (owner) informed me, "no cleaning company is going to meet your expectations." He sent his cleaner to pick up their supplies today without providing me time to find a replacement.
I normally wouldn't post a review, however this was so unprofessional I felt I needed to help other customers avoid the poor customer service I was provided. I provided him with pictures of the things that were not cleaned and he responded by thanking me for my feedback and it will be helpful as they continue to work to be a better cleaning company.
