I went there to get my jacket dry clean. The lady told me it would be 9.88 and I can pick it up in 2 days. I came back they couldn't find my jacket for about 20 minutes. Then when they found my jacket; they charged me 17 dollar's and some change. Her excuse was the manager set the prices after she told me it would be 9.88. On top of that my jay smelled like fish and I had to take it to another dry cleaners. I would never use this cleaners again even if it was free.

If you have expensive clothes don't take it there. I don't know how this place got such a high review ratings but I had a bad experience. Stuff is nice but their knowledge about dry cleaning is minor! When I came back to pick up my wool coat and corduroy jacket the first time, all the stains stayed exactly how it was. Lady offered me to clean it again so I agreed.

Second time I came to pick up my coats I checked the stained, it were gone, so I paid 40$ and left. But when I take clothes dry clean, usually, it come out looking like new. Unfortunately, this time I ended up with 2 coats looking like it's been heavily scrubbed in places with stains. Plus it looks like it's been ironed on top ( which is really bad for both items). So I came home and had to hope that steamer will save my several hundred dollars coat!

I highly recommend Americlean for all your Dry cleaning needs. My husband and I were very happy with the price and condition of our clothes when we picked them up. The staff and owners are so efficient and caring and they produce nothing but the best for their customers!

I just called to ask about dropping my suit off to be dry cleaned, the lady that answered the phone only said "Americlean" and that was it. I asked if I dropped my suit off by 10:30am, would I be able to pick it up later today or tomorrow, to which she replied, "Nope, neither. I can't do it" several other places said they could. So I will happily take my business elsewhere

My daughter purchased a sample wedding dress. It was very, very dirty. I read the reviews of Americlean and decided to take it there. I CAN'T STRESS how glad I did. Dave was great. He took a great deal of time explaining the process of cleaning the dress. I was in no hurry. I wanted some relief to know the dress would come clean. They soaked the dress.

It dried. Then it had a final dry cleaning. All along, Dave was professional and friendly. I also met the owner who took a great deal of time with me explaining how a wedding dress is altered. I was so happy I baked them a pound cake! THANKS AMERICLEAN! You have a new customer!

I've been going to Americlean since 2010. They've done alterations and dry cleaning for my wife and I. I actually consider our relationship with the owners to be longstanding. The owner has contacted me on multiple occasions, once when I was a witness to a rude customer who filed a FALSE complaint against one of his employees and another time when I filed a complaint regarding one of his employees. Marti and Robert care about their customers and welcome complaints and positive feedback all around.

I could have easily taken my business somewhere else after my experience with one of his employees but I chose to provide constructive feedback and received a phone call from the owner to get the details regarding my experience. It's a two way street for complaints and as someone who cares about customer service, I know I have to provide feedback when I have good and bad experiences at Americlean.

The new manager Dave is great, he's attentive and personable. I recently had an issue with a uniform I dropped off. My jacket was lined with a material, which caused it to shrink. Dave made sure Robert knew about it and they had it back to me in a couple of days, good as new! Dave remembers me when I come in to drop off my clothes and we always had genuine small talk when I come in. If you let them know about an issue, they'll do whatever they can to fix it!

My husband has been taking his uniforms here for almost 6 months. He hasn't really had any issues other then some salty attitude from the woman who works there. I on the other hand have had nothing but rude, disrespectful service there from this woman. The several times I have been there to pick up and drop off she has been nothing but rude. Today in particular, so the store is closing for a week for the holiday.

Which is fine, but when I went to drop off the dry cleaning which was important since it was the uniform my husband will be graduating in this coming Friday I was told it would be ready by three. Driving past the open sign and what looked like all the lights were off in the afternoon. Worried I called, no one answered first few times when the woman finally answered disgruntled it seemed she told me she had forgotten the light and that they were open till 4.

I was on my way around 3:10 to pick up the dry cleaning when traffic and the weather was slowing me down tremendously. I called just to see if I didn't make it too 5 or so till 4 if we would be ok. This is around 3:20ish she said they were closing now. Forty minutes then what she told me earlier. She seemed ticked off that I was coming in, and said she would try and stay as long as she could.

We got there around 3:40 and my husband went in to pick it up. She was rude to him almost demanding he pay in cash because she has already closed the register prior to closing! And she seemed ticked off that we needed to pay in card. Overall the quality is good, but the service is absolutely abysmal. If you don't mind attitude go for it, but I am glad we are moving and will no longer be dealing with rude customer service.

I called Americlean "in a panic" becuase I lost a bunch of weight and my bridesmaid dress no longer fit. I waited until the last minute to try it on, like an idiot. They booked me an appointment first thing the next morning which was a Monday and I had my dress by Wednesday. 2 DAYS! When I went to try it on, it fit like a glove. PERFECT! Not only were they fast and accurate, friendly service and prices are great too. I will definitaly use them again.

I came to Americlean to get a dress altered for a wedding I was going to be in. When I got the dress back that I ordered the dress was TOO big. The staff here was a life saver. They altered the dress to perfection. It fit like it was made especially for me :o). Not only were they more than friendly but after I PAID they still wanted to make sure I was satisfied with what they had done.

I promise you will not be disappointed if you let THIS location handle your clothing/cleaning/alteration/steaming/measurements needs. From that point forward I only come to this Americlean. If you're not going to this location with Marti and the crew you are missing out on an experience! I was not a dry clean person before but they made a believer out of me :o) P S: If I could've given more stars. I would.

I have used other cleaners in the past but none compare to Americlean. My shirts are always done exactly like I need them - consistently. As a matter of fact, one of my shirts had a tear in it from a previous cleaner and Americlean repaired it - no problem. That's the kind of service that will keep me coming back time and time again.
