Rug Masters does a wonderful.job of cleaning Persian rugs and their knowledge of fine rugs enhances their ability. I have had several rugs cleaned by them and they always took a loving and caring approach and I was always pleased. As a collector, I think.that my opinion is a knowing one.

Wow, what a terrific experience we had at Rug Masters! We'll never go anywhere else. Our neighbor recommended them to replace our staircase runner. We had no idea even where to begin in choosing carpet, but their knowledgeable staff steered us in the right direction and we found the perfect choice within minutes. We chose a 100% wool carpet with a subtle pattern that will wear well with dogs.

The best surprise: the price was less than we expected for a store of this caliber and reputation. They installed teh runner this morning and it's absolutely beautiful! Much better "custom" fit than before and a far superior product! They communicated clearly on scheduling, showed up precisely on time, and cleaned up perfectly. We give them our highest recommendation! Great people and superb value!

We looked at thousands of rugs online and in other local stores before buying a hand knotted wool rug from Rug Masters. They made it super easy to try out the rugs we liked in our own home, with no sales pressure or gimmicks. That gave us the confidence to purchase one, already knowing it works great in our space. The salesman was knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous.

Their expertise and knowledge is amazing. I walked in with a very old rug and the gentleman recognized it immediately! Introduced at Marshall Fields in 1929. He even knew the name and that it was Karastan! Can't wait to see it cleaned and bound.

They picked up a Persian area rug that I dont believ had ever been cleaned. I inherited it. They made it beautiful! I am amazed!

I had a great experience with Rug Masters. They did a great job with my old rug that desperately needed cleaning from being stored, moved across country, and inadvertently punished by two dogs. Their prices are very competitive, and when I return to pick it up, it felt and look brand new. I was very pleased with them and will certainly use them again.

So these guys just came to pick up my rug and id such an awesome job. Ive used them before which is why im going back. I trust them with this nice Oriental rug that i have and you should see the wonders that they do with the rugs! This one has dog hair and tons of potato chips on it so lets see what kind of job they do with this one. the other thing that was so cool is that they will store the rug for me until June 1 because thats when im moving. yea rug masters.

We had our hand knotted in India rug cleaned by Rug Masters. Picked it up yesterday. It looks fabulous! We had it cleaned before by another company. But Rug Masters did the best job by far! Recommended them to a friend today as the best rug cleaner! I'll be using them again in the future!

Wonderful experience here. My husband and I just relocated and dropped in one Saturday and were so impressed with the care and attention to help us find a rug that fit both of our tastes (which is no easy feat). We found a truly incredible rug that is unique and timeless. We plan to return as soon as we are ready for our next piece!

I brought in 1 area rug and 2 smaller rugs I had purchased years ago second-hand for a song that were in need of some TLC (probably should have been done when purchased but that was in another town). Vicki identified them by sight and matter-of-factly explained how she would be able to repair them (by hand). She gave me a few different options of what could be done with the ends, but I wisely deferred to her judgment about what would look best.

She informed me it would take some time and would not be cheap, but it could be done. I could not believe how much better my rugs looked when I picked them up (several weeks sooner than I expected). They're antique, so "like new" wasn't what I was after, but they are clean and polished and Vicki's repairs elevate them such that they are better than they were before.

She is truly a master of her craft, and she provided warm, friendly service all the while. This is a family-run business and you feel that in every interaction with them. Do yourself a favor, and trust your rugs with them.

I had an Oriental Carpet which had a cat urine issue; & the fringe was soiled as well The female owner Laid out the carpet, measured it, and told me exactly what stains she could remove. When I picked up the rug, I was pleasantly surprised. Even an old stain had been removed and the fringe was clean again. Plus, the lady was super nice, gave me a suggestion on how to treat a urine issue; if it occurs in the future.

In this economy, it is heartwarming to see a business treat a customer with friendliness and courtesty. By the way, Rug Masters has been in business for four generations. Some other businesses could learn A lot from Rug Masters. Before i left, she even gave me a hug!

Unbelievable experience! Bought a very expensive rug a year ago and recently and my dog had "digestive" issues on it. They came within hours of my call, picked it up and brought it back 2 days later with the stains gone and a bill that was reasonable for the extra-ordinary effort and turnaround. I'm a customer for life!

I would never take my rugs anywhere else for cleaning or repair! Multi-generational family owned & operated. They are incredibly knowledgeable. Cleaning rates are very reasonable. Repairs cost what they cost, & you get what you pay for with repairs. They will give you honest opinions & advice. All of their work has been exemplary. I haven't ever purchased rugs there - I've gotten very lucky at estate auctions - but I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this family.

We have had our rugs cleaned at several different businesses and this was the best. Large oriental rug came out soft to the touch and vibrant. Definitely will return. They know how to provide service. Asked how they cleaned the carpets and ended up with a full tour of the facility. This is a family owned business that takes pride in their service.

Having just moved to Mt Pleasant we went in search of a rug place. Luckily we happened to find rug masters, family owned, John came out to our home and brought many samples of what we selected. The prices and selection were great, we looked all over the internet but found inferior quality. This place is the real deal, and the owners couldn't be nicer or more knowledgeable. Thanks guys! This local, family own and run Charleston business takes service, quality and selection to the next level. They know more about rugs than anyone in Charleston, they are consistently recommended and entrusted to clean and repair extraordinary rugs, and they really treated me right. They scheduled and picked up my rug for cleaning, did a few minor repairs with no additional charge, and then brought rugs to my house for review - ultimately finding the perfect rug for me in 2 days, ending 2 years of agony and wrong turns. Buying a rug, I've learned the hard way, is an incredibly easy way to either get ripped off or end up with a piece that you'll treasure for years. I've had both experiences in Charleston, and am thrilled with having just had the latter experience with Rug Masters. Cleaning including pickup and delivery on the purchased rug was very reasonable in price and turnaround time, and I felt the price for quality paid and assurance of dealing with a high integrity family business, for the new rug, was very fair. I love my rug, and I think this family business is wonderful.
