Marty Friedman and his team at Blue Chip did an excellent job buffing and waxing the hallways and common areas of our 12 floor dormitory building. Their staff was punctual, professional, and they worked around our scheduling needs. Would highly recommend to other property managers and owners.

Blue Chip Building Maintenance has provided cleaning services for the Parkinson's Unity Walk for the past five years. This is a large scale fundraising walk held in Central Park for over 10,000 people. Blue Chip has sent the same two supervisors to our event and they do an incredible job of supervising their crew. They do a thorough job of keeping our event clean, are reliable and do their work with a great attitude.

The Parks Department always gives us high marks for leaving our event in great shape and this is in large part due to the job that Blue Chip does during our event and once it is over.

Used Blue Chip for a 25k person event and they were spectacular. The team was completely receptive to our needs and exceeded our performance expectations. I would definitely hire them again for any large scale event.

Waste of time and money! I began services for 2 of my restaurants with this company and it lasted less than a month! On multiple occasions our restaurant was not cleaned. The owner Martin Friedman who initially seems to be a pleasant and organized business professional shows his true colors once business commences. Today in fact, I came in (fingers crossed) that the restaurant would be cleaned since we have the local congressmen office coming in for an event and of course it was in shambles.

When I spoke with the owner, his suggestion was to discontinue service since we are never happy. They also charged me overtime rates for Columbus day and the restaurant was disgusting. I usually have to pay my service staff to come in early and clean up after them. His excuse for his staff not cleaning was to imply our workers "hid" their products!

I've never dealt with any company like this before, After a few more immature comments from ownership we agreed that suspending services without notice is the best route. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone!

We have used Blue Chip at my office for several years. It took a little while to find the right fit of a cleaner but any time we had an issue the owner/management team was understanding and willing to work with us. Our current cleaner has been with us for a few years now and is an absolute pleasure. He is thorough in his job and friendly to everyone.
