You couldn't be more stupid! I told them to get out and you know it! They and you are horrible disgusting!100% ZERO SATISFACTION and YOU REFUSED TO HONOR YOUR GUARANTEE!

Gina had quoted 15 hours of clean time for a post remodeling cleaning service- which was ridiculous, and what do you know? They had finished the job in 4 hours. The job was so poorly done, and she blamed it all on the fact that my house didn't have "hot" water running, which is ridiculous. The water was warm and it was running. The windows were streaky, there was dust left in the kitchen cabinets, the job was soooooo half-assed it was ridiculous.

It was the worst ridiculous cleaning service I have received. I look forward to posting the text messages between Gina and I- she honestly has the worst customer service ever, extremely bratty attitude, she ripped me off for $265 and didn't offer any sort of solution. Even my HUSBAND who does not pay attention to detail noticed that there was dust left behind everywhere. Would not recommend- don't go with them. I hope she enjoys the dirty money she made off me.

I have used this service twice now(once per month), and I am extremely satisfied with how clean my 1 bed room apartment looked after their 4 hour cleaning. You can use their products for a fee, so I recommend going to Target/Walmart and getting your own. I have a washer/dryer in my unit and so they even offered to wash my clothes/linens. Great customer service, you can schedule via email or phone. I would highly recommend for any apartment dweller. Nothing better than coming to a clean home after a long day at work.

I am totally thrilled with Maiden Poland. They have been extremely easy to schedule with when I need to make changes to our normal bi-weekly cleaning. The house is immaculate when I come home. I often look around my house and am just amazed by how clean it is and how much time I get back. They do everything the way I would if I had the time. I never find dust, dirt or grime in corners or showers. I wish I would have hired them years ago. Strongly recommend them to clean your place regularly.

I am a huge fan of Maiden Poland. I have been using them for more than 5 years. I have recommended them to several of my coworkers and they all love them too. Sometimes I will schedule them to arrive as I am leaving for work. They lock up when they leave and my place looks amazing when I get home. They do everything- change my sheets, do my laundry, do the dishes, scrub the floors.everything.

I felt compelled to write a review after the stellar cleaning service I experienced from Maiden Poland. After moving into an apartment that looked like it hadn't been cleaned it years, I needed to find a cleaning team who was up to the challenge. Gina and her team did a fantastic job. The place was sparkling when she was done - a hard task considering how dirty it was prior.

Every little spot of the house was cleaned and scrubbed to perfection. The only thing that didn't get done was the fan, but Gina happily came by the next day to clean it and even re did our floors. Unbeatable service at an affordable price. The only cleaning company I would ever recommend!

Used Maiden Poland based on a referral from Jen. Awesome service and very thorough. They had 3 people there and it ended up being about 8 man hours they were there. Our place was immaculate! I loved it! Everyone was super friendly.

Hands down best cleaning service ever. I have talked to so many people about their cleaning services - and they usually just have an average response. They cleaned my business office (FANTASTIC job) and then after that I hired them for my home - and they are extremely thorough and detail oriented. Every little corner gets cleaned and dusted. My previously soap scum-filled shower is unbelievably clean and sparkling.

I have not seen my place so clean since I moved in in 2004! I am shocked there is a bad review on here! It must've been a bad work day for them to have been late and such. I actually think they have very good communication. I set up my appointment with Gina (owner, I think?) and she tells you everything up front, they come to your place first and scope it out at your first visit and then give you an estimate of time and price, and if they feel they need more time, they will check with you first to make sure you are OK with it.

If you have your own cleaning supplies, that will help with the price. If you need them to supply the supplies and vacuum, then it will be a little extra (doesn't that just make sense? As opposed to the other review that says they are nickle and diming you?) As of now it seems the general fee is $20/hour. I think that is a completely average price for cleaning services - but this place does an EXCELLENT job - as opposed to my other friends who have paid the same price with other companies and say it's OK but they think it could be better. Maiden Poland is getting many very strong referrals from me!
