6 Year customer who has given SUDZ my hard earned money. This is not a knock on the machines they are just fine. The staff is great usually have a nice conversation in our native language of spanish which has made my experience pleasant until now. This is a review on the Owner and pickup service So I usually drop off close to 60-70lbs of clothes which gets up to over $100 no problem.
So now imagine monthly visits for 6 years it can add up never complained once even the multiple times when my stuff smelled like MILDEW I called it musk but let's be honest (Never wanted to yelp it but now you know they will stink up your clothes) I kept coming back for convenience. I recently had issue with a vacation and an accident. The latter kept me from being able to retrieve my laundry.
So the owner begins to harrass me after I told him my problems with the accident. This week he texts me to come get my laundry or he will donate it. Did my laundry really impede or disturb future business? Did your ROI hurt? It hung on a rack a few extra days. So I go to pick up my stuff and the lovely spanish speaking lady tells me as SHE PUTS HER HEAD DOWN (She knows a loyal customer) that the owner says I can NEVER come back because my clothes stayed too long.
I had an accident is there no empathy? He sure took my $thousands for without complaining I guess the working man is a sucker in SUDZ eyes! Future customers beware thanks for reading if you made it this far rant over.

Washing machine sizes vary between $3.50, $4.50, $6 and $6.50, $7.50 for the largest washer which was amazing! I was able to fit about 4 loads of laundry, dryers are free /15 minutes and they're great, clothes are dry after 1st or 2nd round I don't have to dry 3 times and still have wet clothes, I hate that about other laundromats. This laundromat has my favorite machines so far.
And it's pretty cheap considering you don't have to pay for drying and the washing machines are big. I saw a couple sitting benches. This was my first time here and the worker politely helped me upon walking in.

Dryers are free because it takes an hour or more to try your clothes. You can only put them on 15 minute intervals so you must stay there and continue to restart drying cycles. I split my 1 load up into 3 dryers for faster drying time and it still took me an hour to get clothes that weren't damp. The WiFi is also not sufficient.

They should be shut down by the health department. The washers have MOLD growing in them, go in and open the top of any washer and see. Your clothes come out smelly. They have free dryers but what happens is some Karen will decide to split a single load of laundry across 8 dryers. I'm not even kidding, these people will wait till they see a dryer open up then pull 2 or 3 things out of their dryer and throw it in the open one. Management doesn't care.

Well my draw to come here was to wash a bunch of comforters and pillows. I took up 4 of the mega washers. The free drying is great. Just know that the dryer setting is 15 min at a time (I don't think you can increase) so you can check if some sheets dry sooner and set for start for another 5 min. Coin machines in the back gives exact change. No 'cost' or fee to use the machine. Not entirely sure how well the washers and dryers are maintained. I have nothing to compare too. It was busy enough for a Friday morning.

We went to this laundromat yesterday to wash a comforter. The staff was extremely helpful and the cost was low. It was an incredibly positive experience. They showed us how to use the machines and provided seating and carts. They also have a drop off program that my daughter intends to use. While I was there, one staff member helped customers, and also swept and folded laundry. The location was clean and easy to access. I highly recommend this laundromat!

Great deals on laundromat features. Dryers are free. Three quarter machines. Key as most bank lobbies are closed due to COVID. Please see photos for additional info regarding SUDZ' modifications during COVID. No folding on site due to social distancing, hours are 5am to 5:30pm as last wash. This is as of 4/3

A nice laundromat! Fabric softener, dryer sheets and detergent are available for purchase if needed. Many machines and, on a Tuesday night around 630pm, it wasn't horribly crowded. There were enough machines to use of both washers & dryers. I originally came in for a drop off service of 3 large blanket. It was going to cost $20/blanket to leverage their wash/dry/pick up the next day service, but only $5/load if I washed it myself. $60 for some old blankets was too rich for my blood, and I easily fit them into two of their medium sized dryers priced at $5/load. It's coin laundry but they do break bills $20 and smaller via coin machines.
You can get cash back with a debit purchase at the Jewel Osco across the way or leverage the ATM within Jewel Osco. The washing machines worked as expected. Same with the dryers - which are free if you wash your laundry there. The dryers run in 15 minute intervals so you just need to remember to push "start" again if you need more time. The highlight was the employee working tonight - he was very helpful and directed those who needed help even though he was also continuously swapping loads for their wash/dry/fold service.
He even walked over to ensure I was aware that the dryers were free and I didn't need to insert coins before I lost quarters to the machine! I genuinely appreciated the direction. Overall, this laundromat is clean, friendly, and in a prime location for parking and additional shopping (Lowe's, Jewel Osco, and a Dunkin Donuts are in the same parking lot with many other places within a short walk). I will return here for my future big blanket washing needs!

First time stepping into a laundromat and the employees were helpful in answering all my stupid questions. My dryer died on me mid-cycle and this was the closest laundromat to my apartment. Pretty clean, the WiFi is solid, and my clothes are clean and dry so they got the job done. I'm not gonna lie, I'm kind of a punk so the idea of a laundromat scared me but this place wasn't scary at all. Nothing but good vibes

I am blown away with the wonderful customer service provided at this laundromat. I went for the first time with no idea how anything worked because I'm used to washing in the comfort of my home. The gentleman there saw I was struggling so immediately came over to offer me assistance. He provided his recommendations as to which size machine to use by looking at the mountain of clothes/towels/bed sheets I had brought in.
Then when I was leaving he so graciously, without me asking, helped me load my car. I will 100% continue to do my laundry here. The machines are wonderful too. Highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful first time experience

Nasty place. A lot of the machines had some green mold growing in the door. It smelled everywhere and the place is super cramped and crowded. Everyone hogs the dryers because they are free and you have to keep pushing the dryer button every 15 minutes which is totally annoying. And a lot of the dryers didn't work but didn't have signs on them so you have to keep moving your stuff from one dryer to another.
People in their screaming, spanking, and cursing at their kids. Everything looks dirty and smells moldy. I will never go back here. This is the worst laundromat I've ever been to.

Due to circumstances, this was my first trip to a laundromat in 48 years; therefore I'm not able to give insight into pricing. Takes coins only, with machines that will change up to a $20. Large wash $6.50, conventional top loader $3.25, medium front loader $4.00. Some of the dryers were free for 15 minutes; you could always do another 15 if needed. Seemed to be doing good wash and fold business.
Woman on duty was very helpful, even finding a customer to change our extra quarters. A little dirty but not bad for a place open 16 hours/day. Free parking in strip mall lot. Conveniently located next to Dunkin Donuts.

The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was fine, the location was great (just a few minutes' walk from the Blue Line, quite convenient from my hotel in the Loop), and the price can't be beat: $3.25 (plus $1 for detergent) to wash and dry four days' worth of laundry. Even with the CTA fare, it was cheaper than getting one shirt laundered at the hotel would have been. Pro tip: Use medium heat on the dryers - low just doesn't do it, and I spent an extra half-hour trying to get my clothes dry, which meant I emerged from the subway into a major thunderstorm when I could have been comfortably ensconced in my room if only I'd known to use higher heat.

Always always always impressed with their drop off service work. It's always sharp and neat. Women's clothes are even separated! Pants are all folded neatly in a very Tetris-like way. For god's sake! Even socks have their perfect spot in the bottom right next to my boxers in the bottom left! Too good. Oh! And it was $20 for a normal sized load for one person. Always impressed :

Never would I have expected a person answering phones at a laundromat would to be so caring and thoughtful. The man who helped me out the other day was patient, genuine and even offered me directions to his location. I was greeted by the folks who run the drop-off multiple times, which was awesome. After a couple visits they even remembered my name!
I love it here. There's a ton of parking and they're mega easy to get to. I drop off huge loads of laundry with pants, t-shirts, button ups, etc once a week now and typically pay around 22 bucks. You can't beat it! Your clothing comes back smelling nice and folded to the T. Love this place.
