Bridgestone Cleaners

We've been using Bridgestone Cleaners for 10 years. The group there no is our favorite. Kim and Ashley are always super friendly and eager to help. Ola, the manager is very welcoming and helpful. Pablo and Luis are extraordinary. I need alterations often. Pablo is my main man! He is so good and professional. He makes sure everything is done perfectly. To top it off he is a sweetheart. This is my favorite crew. So happy they are so close because if Pablo left, I'd have to follow him. LOL

Pablo is an excellent tailor! I bring anything I need altered or fixed to him and he always does an amazing job. Most recently I brought in a dress with a lot of intricate detail that I want to wear to a friends wedding but I wasn't sure it could be fixed. He did such a beautiful job. It fits me perfectly now and looks brand new. I live in NYC but I go out of my way to bring everything to him because he is that good! I highly recommend him.

Great tailoring and customer service by Pablo and staff! I wasn't in a rush with my dress but service was still pretty quick (one week). Prices are fair and stitching is very clean and tight. Looks just like it came out from the store perfectly made for my body. Thank you! :)

Highly recommend! Pablo did an excellent job with tailoring my bridesmaid dress. He listened to my concerns and when I came back in after the first round of alterations, there were a few more tweaks and he made them on the spot for me so that I could walk out with the dress that day. Very easy process and I am so appreciative of his patience and work!

I had purchased a very special pink vintage gown for a wedding that Pablo not only tailored perfectly but even managed to repair (after I had taken it to a cheap tailor down the street and thought it was totally ruined). Pablo is an expert at his job and knew exactly how to adjust the hem, sleeves and neckline of a delicate, multi-layered silk dress. I will bring everything directly to him from now on and can't recommend him more highly!

I've come to Bridgestone several times for tailoring and have consistently been impressed with their work! Most recently, I brought in a jacket that had a significant tear in its sleeve and it was repaired so well that I couldn't even find where the original issue was. Not to mention, everyone on their team is lovely and I've had nothing but positive interactions :

Just picked up my gown that was altered by Pablo and it's amazing! Exactly what I wanted and fits like a glove. And it was reasonably priced. Thank you P! UPDATE: I sent in another dress (red one) to get altered and Pablo did an amazing job! The dress was a bit too big on the bust and the sleeves kept falling down constantly. He added a string in the back to tie the sleeves and it was a subtle change, but perfect. Thank you!

I've been going to Pablo for years for different types of alterations. He's the best. He's always done impeccable work! He's so helpful in figuring out the right length and fit for me. His craftsmanship is excellent. The final product looks perfect. like it's never been altered. I've even challenged him with shortening the sleeves of my down puffy coat and it came out better than new.

He always works with you to make sure you have your items back when you need them and very accommodating. Can't say enough good things about Pablo and Bridgestone Cleaners. I trust them with all my garments.

Bridgestone is dedicated to the art of dry cleaning and alterations. Pablo is not just a tailor, he is an alteration consultant that gave sage and sound advice on alterations to a gown for my daughter's bat mitzvah. They are so professional and the customer service is fabulous. I previously had them dry clean a suede and leather coat and it came back like new. I highly recommend them!

Highly recommend. I use Bridgestone for both dry cleaning & cleaning services for my apartment. Dry cleaning: You can track the details of each piece you drop off in your account so you know what the status is. It will list the brand name and item type of every single thing you drop off so that you know exactly what they have and when it will be ready.

I've never seen anything like it. They also text if they notice any of your items need to be repaired (buttons, tears, etc) and are happy to repair with their tailor. (Extra cost but reasonable). Apartment cleaning: Blown away. My apartment is always very clean but I was looking for a deeper level of clean (with really high expectations). Polished floors, floor to ceiling windows, etc.

They bring all cleaning supplies and do not expect you to provide anything. I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath and they spent about 6 hours here making it look perfect. The team exceeded every one of my neat freak expectations and I will be using them regularly moving forward. It's not cheap but understandable that you have to pay more for a higher level of service.
