I wish we took before photos. Alpine roofing did an amazing job cleaning our roof. Nate was very responsive and answered all our questions. As a new homeowner and never having to do maintenance like this before, Nate was very genuine and helpful. He answered all of my silly questions and guided me through the whole process. His employee Brian, did a great job cleaning our roof as well.

I didn't use alpine I went with another company for my roof cleaning, they're quote was considerably higher than legacy, alpines quote was more than twice the price of Legacy's quote, needless to say I went with legacy and legacy did a great job for us, we will use them again next time we need our roof cleaned.

Prompt responses. Showed up on time, cleaned the roof, cleaned debris and washed surfaces. No fuss, excellent service. Will use again.

I did not know how to choose a roof cleaning company. Our roof was covered in moss. Our house is our biggest investment. How do you know who to choose? I consulted some sort of pamphlet put out by merchants that was called the best of the best. It turns out it simply reflected that the companies spent a lot of money on advertising. They sent out a saleswoman to give us an estimate.

How could I judge her abilities and the company's credibility? This may sound absurd, but although she knew the make of our roof, it was raining hard and she did not even have an umbrella. I thought, if she's this unprepared then perhaps it is a reflection of the company. You see, I had to resort to such absurd methods. Then I finally did what I should have done in the first place.

I called our HOA and asked for advice. They recommended someone. It so happened that around that time, I saw the same company (Alpine Gentle Roof Cleaning) driving on the street. They were the opposite of slick. It was really early in the morning, and it was a very old beat up VW van with the name of the company in shiny tape on the back. The van looked like it was decades old.

But somehow that struck me as honest. I ended up texting with the owner multiple times. Each time, he patiently and thoroughly responded to my concerns. I was concerned the moss powder would hurt our shrubs and flowers. He was reassuring and caring. The way he communicated showed, I thought, his commitment. We got an estimate -- much less than the first company.

He came out (the owner) and worked on our roof (gentle washing, which is so important) from sun up and until dusk, without stop. I watched him at times. He was careful, thorough and engaged. He was careful with every single part of our roof. He was tireless and really committed. When he was finished, he sprinkled moss powder over our entire roof. (If I had gone with the first company, they would have apparently simply hired a drone to fly over the roof and dump powder on.) It took a while for it to rain and clear the moss powder off, and I was worried in the intense heat it would hurt our roof. But the owner again reassured me. Now that it has rained, we have a brand new roof. No damage to our shrubs or flowers or trees. A wonderful experience.

Alpine Gentle Roof Cleaning is our "go to" roof maintenance company. Our roof is a specialized tile-styled stone coated metal, and requires extra care when walking on it. As usual, Brian did a fabulous job giving the roof a thorough clean, a moss treatment, and did an awesome clean-up around the house. Thanks to Alpine our red roof has been re-vitalized.

When we mentioned our concern about a leak by the chimney, Brian took some pictures and even applied some extra caulking for us. We are most impressed with their Customer Service approach and will continue to use them for our roofing needs.

I had my cedar roof cleaned and repaired more than a year ago. I am really pleased with their work. My roof still looks awesome. I love the sealer that they used. It made my roof looked so much better. Not like the other roof that I see that looks too red. They also cleaned up. Because of my experience, I will have them install new gutters soon.

Called them as they said 40 minute response. One week later, get notice to fill out forms online. Never heard back.

Is this company still open for business? I was texting back and forth with Rose and 2 weeks ago I was ghosted by this company. I realize things are strange/difficult right now but a text reply is not too much to ask from any business that is currently open. Not a very good first impression.

We use Alpine Gentle Roof Care, Renton WA, owner of the business Nate, initially to clean our roof and take care of small leak due to plumbing boots worn out. The initial estimate went from $725,000 to $1,875.00. See my below comments to the owner of the business, which true enough does not have any email account. It goes to a 'Rose M Henry', for some sneaky reason.

After they finish the job, noticed my gutter all messed up and was told that gutter cleaning will be another $150 " My $725.00 job budget went through the roof to $1,725. Your guy Bryan after washing make a mess of my gutter told me to wash the gutter I have to pay another $150. You guys are very 'sneaky', getting your feet in and then start charging for every little things, Not ethical and fair way to do business.

We are literally at your mercy!" Several months later, our rear gutter is now blocked each time it rain, attempt to contact Nate the owner, now running into 6+ months to no avail. The last email I received from Rose Henry in April was Covid19, No Roof Tech is working. Enough is enough, stay clear away from this sweet talking business owner, completely appalling way of doing business. After several emails, me telling them they quoted the wrong house, finally received quote and scheduled a date for June 26. Owner Nate called and bragged how good they are, and no job is too difficult for them! I just called to confirm, and they cancelled on us. Said our roof was too steep (it's a standard height house!) Couldn't even bother to call to tell me this. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL - DON'T EVEN BOTHER TO CALL!

Alpine Roofing did an amazing job cleaning our roof yesterday. Complete professional, provided suggestions on a couple things we could do to extend the life of our roof which we will be scheduling to get done soon. Very reasonable and did a wonderful job cleaning up the mess around the perimeter of the house after pressure washing everything off the roof. Highly recommend! Thanks Nate!

My new heroes! They saved the day twice. First they came out on short notice, and cleaned our roof, fixed some leaks and cleaned our gutters with no mess, one day before a major storm hit. Then they came back a week later, and fixed some clogged downspouts at no charge, again one day before another major storm hit. I think they are great!

Nate did an extraordinary job cleaning the roof of our home, our shed, the walkway and driveway. He even cleaned the bricks on our chimney without us asking him to! He was extremely thorough and cleaned up every bit of the mess when he was done. The work he did looks beautiful and I would highly recommend him!

I cannot dish enough praise on these guys. From Nate at the business end - providing the estimate and answering all the associated stupid questions - to Brian doing the actual cleaning and treatment, this is a first-class operation. We have a cedar shake roof with 3/4 premium shakes, so I wanted them to be well-treated and treated well. Every step was taken with care and professionalism, with zero mess made before, during or after the process. I'm used to contractors working against a clock, but Brian took his time and ensured that every shingle was treated properly.

I can't imagine that he could have treated his own roof any better than he did ours. We got other estimates, and Alpine Gentle Roof Cleaning was the clear choice, based on their price, thoroughness and service. Out roof looks great, and we couldn't possibly be happier with our choice. Highly recommended!

Completely recommended Brian and Alpine Roof Cleaning. I went with Alpine because of their reviews but they also gave me a estimate in writing stating exactly what was going to be performed. They did it all. In the past I have had my roof "treated" by other companies but this was the first time I hired it out to be cleaned. Wow, what a dramatic difference the cleaning makes.

These guys go the extra mile. For example, after cleaning the roof for hours they also spray off your windows, siding and completely clean any overspray on decks and patios. Not only do I have a perfectly clean roof but now my gutters are spotless. I asked them to apply roofing epoxy on some nails and around a satellite dish and they happily completed that.

I only met Brian, but was very comfortable with him around my house. Price was as expected but you do get a lot of work included and there was zero up-sell pressure, which I appreciated.

Nate was just amazing, and I can't thank him enough. He called the following day I reached out, and came out to fix my issues. He was so professional, and I could tell how experienced he was in roofing. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone that has roofing needs. Thanks Nate!

I have been using Alpine Gentle Cleaning for years to clean my roof and find leaks to repair. He is great about getting back to me quickly and scheduling an appointment. Great customer service.

I am preparing my grandmothers home for listing soon and Alpine was so accommodating with scheduling service (ended up completing the work earlier than the intended schedule date). They were very prompt with all correspondence as well as flexible with billing. Alpine made the process seamless. As for the final product: I opted to clean and treat the roof (which included cleaning out the gutters/downspouts), pressure wash the exterior of the home as well as the surrounding concrete areas (driveway, walkway, etc.). all of which was necessary. The home looked new when they completed their work. Thank you to the entire staff @ Alpine!

If I could give Nate and his crew 10 stars, I would. This operation is top-notch. From my first call, Nate was responsive and thorough in answering all of my questions. His intake was excellent in identifying special circumstances and recommending the right type of treatment for my roof. I have a ceramic tile roof, and most companies do not offer cleaning or maintenance on this type of roofing.

I was really impressed by his knowledge of the necessary precautions, and his ability to share about each step in the process. When weather conditions proved to be a challenge to starting the service, Nate put his workers' safety first and was clear and communicative about the delay. His updates were timely, and the roof cleaning and preventive maintenance were done with great care and attention to detail. Alpine is a keeper. Thank you Nate and Brian!

My neighbor had her roof cleaned and the man sprayed stuff in my walkway and on the side of my house. I called to complain and they assured me they'd clean it up. Well, they sprayed down my front door and got my very high window that's hard to reach all wet and left it that way. I had to go out and clean my whole front porch and door of water. I can't attest to the roof cleaning job they did for her but they should be professional and not mess other people's houses or do a good job cleaning AFTER being told it might happen. I just heard the noise of the truck and went outside to see what the commotion was. Definitely not professional in keeping their work "contained".

After seeing these guys in action and the detail of care they took in cleaning a residential roof, (plus the cleanup of the mess afterwards), I've decided to hire them for a bigger job in cleaning multiple roofs for an apartment complex where I work. Very satisfied with the quality of their work, with the consistency of their customer service and I would DEFINITELY recommend them!

This company did an outstanding job on our home. The roof looked wonderful when Brian finished it. What I was amazed at was how he cleaned it all up. It had not been cleaned in 10 years and so the debris was everywhere. When he left, decks, plants, flower beds, even the driveway were clean. We were very pleased with his professional, service oriented treatment. It took him all day because our house is big. But he sure was worth the money spent!

Had really bad experience, took a long time to make appointment. After "gentle cleanings" i lost a lot of shingles. But that, s OK, they replaced them, i paid the bill. Little later i start loosing more shingles, i don, t now why, maybe cause they did n, t do a good job. But any-hell a call them and ask to send someone to replace missing shingle and of course i, m gonna pay the bill, They say OK, and never send anyone, and when i, m trying to call them they never respond, never call me back, completely ignoring me, Would never recommended.
