I called on Tuesday afternoon for a rug cleaning and Jerome was at our house the next afternoon. Our white shaggy rug took a beating from our dog and also turned gray. Jerome was able to get it back to the way it looked when first purchased it. He called in advance to give me a heads-up and did come on the time he said he would. Very reasonable price. Thumbs up for Jerome.

Best carpet cleaning service I got ever, it really was. I had a puppy who had some accidents and I thought my bedroom carpet was a loss. They came out and like magic they removed the stains.
