UPDATE YOUR HOURS! On your DOOR and on the INTERNET it says you're open until 7:00! 3 times now I have dragged my dry cleaning there only to find you close early or whenever you want. NOT A GREAT WAY TO DO BUSINESS ESPECIALLY IN NYC AND FOR WHAT YOU CHARGE $$$$$$$

Overpriced for literally no reason! I paid about $300 for a single patch on my coat to be replaced since it couldn't be fixed any other way. $2400+ for my Moncler down coat just for it to be RUINED by this cleaners! I've taken my coat to this cleaners 3 separate times and every single time it was worse. I wish I knew this would've been the outcome I would have rather sewn the coat myself and leave it looking tacky.

The first time my coat had a really small tear from getting caught on to something so I took it to them. they kept my coat for about 3-4 weeks. When I did put my coat back on the alteration was horrible. it was not measured correctly, it was way too tight around my forearm where I was barely able to bend my elbow, it had a completely different material that looks nothing close to the coat (which I'm aware it's an alteration so it won't be 100% the same) and also didn't put back the feathers in the jacket so it just looked so thin and tight (check photos below).

The 2nd time I had to take it back I witness the very mistake this man made while fixing my coat IN my face. counting the patches wrong measuring the 4th patch (the one that was messed up) with the 3rd patch on the other arm. He didn't speak English so the lady at the front desk (Manhattan location) had to translate everything to him, told him what needed to be fixed and told me that he'll fix it. Now. the patch on my coat has come apart and I really hate that it has to be done over but I paid about $300 for my patch to be altered and it's still not fixed correctly.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would because this is just ridiculous now and very frustrating. Please do not bring your high end luxury items here if it has the same issue as mine. Save yourself the time and MONEY because it isn't worth it at all!

I sliced open my moncler coat climbing througu my window, thought it was done, but they fixed it and tbh i cant even tell. Was a bit pricey ($400) but worth it for a $1500+ coat. 10/10 would recommend for Moncler repairs Service: Alterations

Ripped my moncler I literally just got. Went to the store girl said I might as well buy a new jacket, luckily when I called a different moncler I was directed to Kingbridge! Just picked up my jacket and I couldn't even remember where the rip was that's how great it was fixed. Definitely go there for anything wrong that happens to your moncler or other expensive jackets/garments.

I have been using Kingbridge for approximately 2 years now. Their service and expertise is unparalleled to any other dry cleaner out there. If there is a spot you have they will remove it. They removed paint off a Canada Goose jacket and made it brand new as well as many other stains on several items. Are they expensive, yes, but you get what you pay for. I am absolutely love them.

Pricey but worth it: best clothes cleaners around. They seem to be able to fix any stain and stitch any rip-puts me at ease. And staff is super friendly and efficient.

I used their service to dry clean my Canada Goose coat, because Canada Goose website recommends them. I paid $123 for the service. However, the coat was damaged by the dry clean. I noticed the damages when I picked up the coat, and I pointed them out to the store lady. She said that the damages were from me wearing it. But I only bought it two months ago, and I hadn't seen any damage before the dry clean.

Then she told me that I hadn't seen the damages because the coat was dirty, and their dry cleaning just made the damages visible. How ridiculous it is! I took my coat to the Canada Goose store. The store agent told me that there was no way the damages were caused by wear. And he swapped my coat with a new one.

I don't understand any negative reviews on this place. Yes, it's pricey, but as the old saying goes, "You get what you pay for." I've been going to them for 20+ years. They work magic! My mother arrived from Europe in a white, linen outfit -- there was turbulence on the flight and her glass of Cab spilt all over her. She was sure she'd lost the outfit.

I had remembered that Kings had told me never to touch anything, just bring it in. My mother was shocked -- It came back pristine as if nothing had ever happened to it. As well, I had a very expensive leather jacket -- during dinner, a dinner companion made a sweeping hand gesture, which knocked over the candle and splattered wax all over it -- in the space of 10 minutes, while I waited Kings Cleaners staff had got rid of it. For a whopping $10! Love, love, love them!

I use them for everything from laundry to cashmere dry cleaning (they are the best at this! My sweaters always come back looking brand new) to cleaning my wedding dress, and winter coat alterations. I've never had anything come back not perfect and personally checked by the detail oriented staff. They are expensive, yes, but you get what you pay for, and they're worth every penny if you care about maintaining and extending the life of your clothing.
