I called 2 months before my move out and scheduled an appointment with a woman. I called the day before my move to confirm, and got no answer in the morning (the voicemail was full). I tried later in the day and was able to leave a message. The next morning, a man called me back and said he had no record of my appointment, address, or phone number.

He felt bad and said he'd try to get someone for the next day afternoon, but couldn't get anyone to us that day. We declined because we were moving out THAT day. This added a ton of stress for our moving day (we were supposed to be out by 1pm and ended up being there until 9pm), and was just unacceptable service. Update: Seeing their response to this review, they clearly don't take responsibility for their mistakes. One more reason not to trust them.

I love perla and Melina Gary gave me them and I am so happy to have a great cleaning team they ate always sweet w a smile and work hard to please you great cleaning service I'll keep them most of all honest too very important and great price for cleaning

I have had other cleaning services done with other company's and i have to say this is by far the best! I have received service from Lupe for about a year now and im very happy of the results. She is very friendly and never fails to be here on time. I would highly recommend this service to everyone

Terrible service. I had hired Express Maids from a recommendation from our realtor to have a deep clean before we took pictures of our house and had an open house. I needed to have the cleaning split over 2 days because our painters had to finish a day later than expected. The cleaners started upstairs with the bedrooms, bathroom and then the basement with 2 finished rooms.

It took them 4 hours to clean those areas. After they left I went to the bedroom and grab something and noticed a bunch of dust. So I went around and saw that they only dusted up to things on the dressers, did not move anything to dust under them. They did not even do a dry sweep under the dressers (which is easily accessible and not covered). Then I checked the windows, not cleaned either.

So basically they did a quick wipe down of everything, but not an actually cleaning, and it took 4 hours. I called Gary after that and asked to have different people the next day and that the cleaning was unacceptable. He told me it would screw up his schedule so it would be the say ladies, but I should "make sure to manage them while I'm here" instead of doing my job since I work from home.

Well day 2 came and one of the ladies was replaced, but same outcome, but only took 3 hours this time. Windows weren't washed, counters were wiped but everything was cleaned around. So my wife and I were scrambling to clean everything else in the house before the photographer came. I've called Gary many times, usually getting that his voicemail is full and you can't leave a message.

It took 4 days to get a call back and seems I only did because I told him I'm disputing the credit card charge (which he charged me for 4 hours instead of the 3). We have not connected yet and he hasn't returned my latest voicemails. I highly recommend using another service. I could have done the job they did in 4 hours myself, not 7 hours with 2 "professionals".

I am so happy with the work done by Ana and Dulce! They are so reliable and do such a good and thorough job of keeping our house clean! They are sweet and friendly and try to accommodate all our requests. I've had cleaning people for probably 30 years and they're the best! Chris

We've used this cleaning service for more than two years and could not be more pleased with the quality of their cleaning, the speed at which they can clean our entire house and the professionalism and flexibility they have shown us to work around our schedule and any additional needs that may arise (fridge/window cleaning, laundry, etc.) Liz and Erika are the best - they pay attention to every detail and we trust them wholeheartedly. We have had Anna and Dulce clean our home for about a year now and they do excellent work. We have tried two other companies and did not get the quality that express maids provides. They have been flexible and always worked around our schedule. Probably the best part is that we trust them. Such nice ladies! We also love that our home is very clean when they leave!

Ana and Dulce have been cleaning my house since the past 6 years. I have changed Homes but not my cleaning ladies. They are punctual, efficient and extremely good at cleaning. They tidy up and clean additional parts of the house without me asking. Their prices are great for what they accomplish in such a short amount of time. When we have extra deep cleaning projects, they're more than happy to accommodate us and help out.

Liz and Erika and the rest of their team have always done a phenomenal job. I first met them and enjoyed their detailed and thorough service as the cleaners for my MIL. Then my husband and I hired them as well. They are prompt, always ask for any specifics, friendly and affordable.

Our house needs two people to clean it. It was hard to let our last cleaner go after years of hard work, but I knew the addition in our house had made it more challenging. Enter Ana and Dulce. They not only get the house clean, but are able to accommodate the occasional special request for fixtures, shelves, or anything else that has stacked up dust or mess over the course of years raising children in a big house.

Sometimes they decide on their own to take care of an area that has been ignored for too long. They are sweet, but don't speak a lot of English. So communicating sometimes takes a bit of extra effort. Totally worth it! I hope to continue using their skills for as long as we continue to own our house. Thanks, ladies!

I only use this service about once a year for help with deep cleaning. The maids usually do a decent job, but I do have to go behind them pointing out missed areas at times. I miss stuff too, though, while cleaning. It happens. Far more irritating is the fact that they are always, ALWAYS late in arriving, and this can be troublesome when I have other things planned for my day besides cleaning (which I always do). And I'm not just talking 5 or 10 minutes late. I could live with that. It's usually like 20 or more. And the maids never even apologize for their tardiness. Sigh.

I have been using this company to clean my home since 2014. The service is reliable and the cleaning, while not always up to my very high standards, usually meets my expectations for a cleaning service. I find the value of this service to be worth the quality I receive and I appreciate having the same person each time, rather than a team of people rushing to finish the job.

While the work isn't perfect, a service that meets my expectations is a rare bird, thus the 4 star rating because I am not always happy with the work. Honestly, I've had this service longer than any other and I've had cleaners for over 10 years.

I used Express Maids for almost a year. They charge $16 p hour but you pay for a minimum of 3. They originally sent one person and she did a great job but then the last few times, she'd bring a family member or another person without telling me. Very nice girl but I just wasn't comfortable with that! This last time they sent 2 people who finished in 1.5 hours but then charged me extra for supplies which never happened prior.

I called the service and was told that was always the charge. That was never mentioned to me when I initially started using the service nor was I ever charged. I have decided not to use them anymore. Completely dishonest company. I'd rather pay more elsewhere from a place with integrity.

As an update to my review- When I got home to take a look at everything, it was worse than I thought. (My nanny had told me about the dust on the furniture). I found fingerprints all over the mirrors, the fridge and microwave (despite having plenty of Windex and Stainless Steel cleaner available). The cleaner did not pick up any items to clean under them.

But the most unbelievable part was, as I was putting the cleaning supplies away, I noticed some clothing at the bottom of the pail that was used to mop the floor. When I took the clothing out, it was 2 of my 6-month old daughter's onesies. They were wet and smelled like cleaning solution. I was absolutely shocked. I have called the cleaning service and left a message for Gary, and have continued to call 2 times per day everyday and have still yet to hear back from him. I'm just appalled by the heartless acts of these people. When did this type of customer service become acceptable?
