This is a very reliable service! I had a handful of annoying experiences with other companies before I found this one.

My daughter had hip surgery and is on crutches for six weeks. I hired access maids to clean her apartment while she was out of commission. I had no idea what wonderful cleaners I hired! They got the kitchen sink white after years of being brown. I have no idea how they did that! Not only did they clean her apartment, they helped my daughters anxiety as she started to see her life becoming more normal. I can't thank you enough!

Booked this service not understanding Im paying for 2 maids for the same timeframe even though it takes half the time. It usually takes 1 cleaner 2 hours. They were done in 1.5 and still charged for the minimum of 2 but tried to say it took them 3 hours and included time for their ride to drop them and pick them up all for almost $200?! On top of all that the place wasnt cleaned properly. The one maid did great the other no. It took forever for someone to get in contact with me. Never again

I was in a pinch and needed a cleaning for the same day. They were able to fit me in and did an awesome job. I truely appreciated how quick and thorough they did their job. Thank you! I will definitely use them again.

Absolute scam. Do not use. They tried to charge me $450 to clean a 1,000 square foot apartment. Claiming it took 2 people 5 hours each. My tenants also complained upon moving in that the place still felt dirty. Tried calling in to speak with someone and they said billing department works 10am-3pm and I have to speak with them via email. They were unwilling to discuss anything on the phone. Stay far away.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Ive been using this company for a while and its usually pretty decent. The last time they came they forgot to clean a whole floor and bathroom. They charged me the same I usually get charged and would not respond to any emails. I have used Access Maids for years now. No matter what team I receive they are consistently above average and efficient.

Critical: Punctuality Cleaners showed up an hour earlier than the designated time which conflicted with the movers we had in the apartment. It was incredibly frustrating. They sent three cleaners one of which barely cleaned because she was unable to reach above her head and also couldn't bend over. Will not be using them again. Service: Moving-related cleaning

Yesterday I had my first ever cleaning service, and I am SO happy I went through AccessMaids. The service was perfect, and literally every spot of my apartment was cleaned / refreshed. I am a clean freak to begin with, but this school year has left me exhausted and without time to properly clean my apartment the way I like. 5/5!

I had a wonderful experience- everything was squeaky clean and the two ladies were lovely! I enjoyed being able to book online for the exact services I needed and appreciate the discount for "anytime" appointment slot during the day.

I would give no stars if I could. The women were unvaccinated and rude about putting on masks. They were very slow in doing their work, and they didn't do a good job cleaning. For example, there are crumbs visible on my kitchen floor that they supposedly cleaned. This was a bad experience and cost a lot, especially in light of how little they accomplished.

Called them for a last minute apartment cleaning at 10am, they had 2 maids over by 3:45pm. They completed the job in an hour and a half and did a great job. Very thankful for the short notice cleaning, I highly recommend Access Maids. Service: Standard clean

I've used AccessMaids every time I move in and move out of a residence. 1. Booked a single cleaning session (1 bedroom flat rate). They came on time, did an amazing job cleaning and refreshing my old apartment for the next tenant. 2. Booked a move in cleaning on my new residence and they came on time and made the place sparkling clean. I'm very happy that they are still in business and still give their 100% in every job.

I've used Access Maids for the last 3 years. Maybe a little longer. in the past I have used them as frequently as every other week and other times I might have skipped a few months. I have never had a bad experience. The team is always thorough and professional. And very very efficient. I used several different services before I found them. I would never change. I refer them to all my friends looking for cleaning services.

Job well done at a very reasonable price. The maids showed up on time and left the apartment in great shape. It was only a one-time clean, since I was moving out, but my wife and I were very happy we decided to hire someone else to clean our apartment instead of doing it ourselves. Would recommend. $275 for a cleaning and 1 of 2 bathrooms was completely ignored. Rude customer service and refusal to issue a refund. Do yourself a favor, save some money, and frustration, and go with a different company.

I used to use them regularly until I noticed that the last few times, it was done poorly and I still had to finish cleaning. What made me stop using their services was that they charged my credit card four times in one day for random dates that they did not take out previously. I called and emailed them and they did not acknowledge that what they did was wrong or insensitive. They just said that it was for some dates that they did not charge previously. I will not use their services again. They do not care about their staff or clients clearly.

Extremely expensive and not thoroughly cleaned. Total came out to $270 for a move out clean of an empty 1 bd apartment with key areas completely missed. Dirt on floor, cabinets with spots, etc in the kitchen. Two cleaners were there for "3.5 hours" but somehow missed this.right. Better value for your money elsewhere surely.

After just having a baby, we decided to get the house cleaned so it was one less thing to do. Access got is scheduled quickly for a super spring clean. The maids were on time and did a great job cleaning our house. I would recommend and plan to use again. Service: Deep clean

Great experience all around! They were available next day from when I booked, arrived on time, were friendly, and delivered great service - all went well and would use again and recommend to a friend!

AWFUL! Their maids didn't know how to follow directions to get the correct keys (wrong lockbox) and then used the wrong keys. They couldn't get in and then blamed me. Charged me a $50 "lock-out" fee. DO NOT USE. VERY unprofessional on the phone.

I was very happy with the cleaning job that was done but communication ruined the entire experience. Despite asking for confirmation 20 minutes BEFORE arrival, I got no confirmation of the estimated arrival time or notice before they actually got to my door at 7:54am. I was then charged almost double the estimated price. Avoid the hassle-go somewhere else.

AccessMaids has always been our go-to for quick, reliable cleaners! I love that I can book them through their website and don't have to be there to let them into our place - very COVID friendly! We get our home deep cleaned every 3 months or so and they do a great job each time. Very reasonable prices too!

We used Access Maids on two different occasions, for two different cleaning assignments, and both times, the cleaning was average/subpar. Swiffers are NOT mops, for instance, and I feel like overpaid for a "Spring Cleaning" which really amounted to a regular cleaning. The cleaning women were very nice, though.

Hired AccessMaids to do a COVID cleaning prior to a new tenant move. Cleaning crew arrived nearly 2 hours off the scheduled booking time (with no notice or apology). Crew forgot to clean the oven, as instructed, and managed to leave etch marks all over the marble bathroom countertop. Management was unprofessional and unapologetic to cap it off.

They come in masks and take precautions. They have easy online scheduling no hassle and cheaper than Molly maids. They do a great job cleaning. I would definitely recommend.

Update: Fall 2020: I've used Access Maids every few months, and have recently started using them monthly. They are a solid 4/5 for me. I've only had one cleaning that really fell short, but considering the other 8 appointments, I can overlook it. I appreciate how easy the services are to book online and the promptness of the cleaning team. I will plan to continue using Access Maids.

Another incredible cleaning. The place has not been professionally cleaned since before COVID. They showed up in a mask, friendly and the condo looks AMAZING! Highly recommend access maids.

My team showed up on time with masks and gloves. They were courteous and pleasant. The house was spotless when they were finished. I only wish there wasn't a language barrier between us, as I would have liked to communicate a bit more effectively, but this did not impede the overall job that was done. Thank you access maids!

Great service for a reasonable price! We have been looking for a go-to cleaning service in the West Loop, and think we finally found it! Did the basic cleaning for a 1 bed 1 bath which came to about $100 (not including tip) for two cleaners. The two cleaners were professional, called when they were 15 minutes from being done, and did a great job!

All-in-all a good service. The cleaners are fast, thorough, and professional. The website is easy to use. Prices are not too crazy. My only suggestion would be that they make it easier to request the same cleaners each time. My only complaint is that it always seems to take the same number of hours to clean my house, no matter what I have them do or not do, so it doesn't really matter if you try to make it less expensive after they've been there a while.

The move out cleaning service that I ordered was completely unsatisfactory. Many of the specific request that I picked out on their menu such as cleaning the baseboard, wall, door frame, light switches, blinds, the closet, dog hair, tile were NEVER DONE. The cost of the service was $312 ($40/hr, 2 hours and 50 mins with 2 people) and honestly i truly believe they spent about 30 mins in my apartment and that was it.

I emailed and called the company immediately after I have received the poor service. However 8 hours later, they charged my credit card. I further emailed them and then they said they want to make up for the service 2 days later but it was too late I had already need to hand the keys to my tenant. I followed up again and demanded a full refund. They said that they don't offer refund due to their terms and condition and said "Please note all unpaid invoices are sent to the 3rd party for collection." (see screenshots below) I totally felt that was a threat. Good luck with you all using Access Maid.

Most mediocre cleaning services I had ever paid. I feel I got robbed $125 dollars + I left $25 dollars tip. I have pictures but can't upload them. Every single piece of furniture was dusty as hell, you could see they only dusted the front area, front area. The kitchen floor had stains spots and crumbs in every corner. I paid extra for the bathroom antibacterial treatment and when I came back home there was hair (my wife and from my shaving) in the tub, sink and I won't even mention behind the toilet.

The porch was exactly the way I left it, they didn't took the trash out. And I could keep going but you have the idea. I wrote an email to the support group and the told me they will send someone again without charge, they gave us a few options and we picked Monday 18 and the window time was from 11:30 to 4pm, we both work, so I spoke with my mother in Law and she made arrangements in her part time job so she could be home for "Accessmaids", after almost 5 hours waiting for them, I got an email at 4pm telling me they just saw my replay, from 3 days ago, and they were not going to make it. WHAT? After missing a work day because in first place you did a nasty job? IRRESPONSIBLE!
