DO NOT USE! If I could give zero stars, I would! Tried to schedule online, but nothing was ever confirmed. I called them for information and John, the owner, was so rude and unprofessional, I can't imagine how he's even in business. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Wish I had seen all the negative reviews before wasting my time.

I've been using them for about 10 years! I love them! Great service, friendly people.the price went up, but the navy rewards program is great! I did the math and when you consider the price of soap, dryer sheets or fabric softener, and your time, in addition to the price of the washers and dryers in your building or laundry mat PLUS the no hassle of carrying it - I've got stairs to climb and I must go outside to get to my laundry room, you are really not paying much for convenience. How much would you pay to not have to ever say that your activity for the day was doing laundry? A few bucks for a complete day back? Yes please!

They never showed up to deliver our laundry. We received multiple text messages that they were on their way but never arrived. The only time's they are offering to deliver are times we are not at home. The GM refused to acknowledge that they missed the appointment and said "It's part of life." Avoid using this service at all costs.
