Executive Carpet Service

This was our second time using Executive Carpet Services for tile/grout cleaning and sealing and they did an amazing job again. We also had them clean our sofa and that came out great as well. They do an awesome job, are very professional and treat their customer's home as if it were their own. I highly recommend them for any of their services. Dalton and his fellow team member from ECS did a really good job of cleaning the carpets in our apartment. He also offered some really helpful advice to maintain the condition of the carpet, and provided knowledgeable suggestions as to which cleaning chemicals to use (and avoid) when cleaning up after our pets. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone who wants a thorough carpet cleaning in an efficient, timely, manner. I was beyond pleased with the results.

We used this company to stretch the ripples out of carpet. We needed our problem resolved quickly, due to incoming furniture, and Tom Markosian worked us in the following day. Dalton Hillman, the gentleman that did the carpet stretching, was very professional and did an excellent job. He was held up on an earlier job, but called to explain why he would be a little later than our scheduled time, which we appreciated. He discussed probable causes for the ripples and eliminated the ripples situation. We recommend highly Executive Carpet Services and Dalton Hillman.

When I moved into my apartment the carpets were absolutely filthy. It was supposed to be clean, but it was nowhere near hygienic or livable. I was frantically trying to find someone who I could trust to clean the carpets as I did not trust the people that my apartment complex hired to do the job. I found Executive Carpet Services, and was able to make an appointment to clean all the flooring and carpet in my apartment for a great price. Josh did an amazing job cleaning the carpets and flooring, and he used a deep cleaning brush which really made a huge difference.

He got out all the stains that he could and covered the closets and storage areas as well. I vacuumed once the carpets were dry, and there was barely anything at all that came out from the carpets (My vacuum was pretty much still empty). I was extremely pleased with the job he was able to accomplish despite the terrible condition that the carpet was left in.

I can now finally move into the apartment and have peace of mind that I am stepping on nice and clean flooring and carpet. Thank you guys for your services! I highly recommend.

I work at a assisted living property. We had an issue with some bio hazard in 2 different areas.The team at Executive came out promptly as I stressed the importance of this cleanup. With all of their proper attire,gear and equipment. They completed the work in a short amount of time. And the results were outstanding. The finished work was. close to new.
