Bio-Janitorial Service, Inc. actively recruits applicants with a diversity of backgrounds. We also believe it is most effective to create work crews whose members have a variety of experience levels. We believe employee training, and diversity are key elements of our success. All personnel are required to participate in "Pre-Assignment Orientation Training" prior to their initial assignment at a facility. This mandatory training covers topics from newly hired employees to a series of industry standard training videos.

These elements include excellent management and supervision, motivated employees, time-tested processes and procedures, a detailed report system, intensive supervisory training program, and most importantly, communication with our clients. Our services are available on an around the clock basis determined by your needs.
All carpet cleaning chemicals incorporate detergents to remove soils. Detergents are, by design, sticky so they can attract dirt. They have an affinity for greasy soil, surrounding it to separate it from the carpet fiber. This chemical action is aided by heat, agitation and dwell time. Even when using a fiber rinse as part of extraction cleaning, some detergent residue will be left on the carpet.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value The worst company ever. Don't ever work for the these ppl. the HR lady is very rude and unprofessional and so are the supervisor's. They also don't know how to do nothing. The supervisor have no idea how to be a supervisor. I don't how this company stays a float.

The company let's people get treated terribly they have supervisors who don't do their job and treat you terribly every time I call the office the phone is always passed off to the payroll lady who I been told is also Hr and she is extremely rude, disrespectful, hostile and doesn't care at all. Every time I have talked to her ( I am respectful) she has been very hostile with me. PLEASE do not waste your time here even Walmart is better then this.
