I recently used Holtz cleaning to clean all my tile floors, I'm not one to usually post reviews. In this case it was above my expectations, not only did my floor come out looking brand new, Nathan was the tech that did the work, he was professional and most importantly took PRIDE in his work. I will not only refer this company anyone that needs cleaning, I will for sure be having them come out to do the service again. Great company with great employees. Thanks again HOLTZ!

After buying our home in Peoria, the carpets and tile were honestly filthy. Jason from Holt's carpet cleaning came in and did an absolutely phenomenal job. The tile and grout looked new and the carpet suddenly had new life. Most of all, the weird funky smell was completely gone and the house smelled clean! My sister actually recommended Holts To us and thank goodness she did! The owner let me know that the technician would arrive to the house between 1:00 p.m. And 330. A wonderful technician named Nathan arrived to my house At 1:15 and he was finished by 3:00 p.m. We had the tile cleaned and the grout sealed at a very reasonable price. My name is Barry and I'm from North Carolina and had a rental disaster in Arizona, so I planned on getting a couple of quotes, Jason was the first, and after meeting him I decided no other quotes were needed, truly a great guy and very knowledgeable of his trade and more than fair and honest in his pricing, ( my final price was $200.00 cheaper than my quote! that's honesty, a rare thing now days) I have been in the flooring industry for 30 years and have dealt with many carpet cleaners, but I can honestly say never have I dealt with such honesty and professionalism. my house was devastated by a renter and Jason and his crew came in and made my house look and smell brand new!

It was like a true miracle had happened, and Jason is a perfectionist, if it wasn't perfect, he would try another method and work it till it was 100% to his satisfaction. Fantastic people. Jason came out and did all of my wall to wall carpeting, area rugs, furniture and a bunch of tile floors. I was shocked as to how amazing everything looked when he was finished. The next day, I was able to see the full appreciate his efforts. I will definitely have them come back every 2-3 years, without question.

Jason was on time and very professional. In addition, he did an absolutely unbelievable job on everything. My tile floors and grout were restored to a brand new look. The area rugs and bedroom wall to wall carpeting turned out beautiful; the cleaning process brought back the softness, fluffiness and shininess. My sofas, and other upholstery look amazingly refreshed.

We needed out carpet cleaned because of the owners before had dogs and did not clean the carpets very well. Holt's cleaning gave us a very good price for the amount of carpet we have. He was extremely accommodating and professional in arranging a date and time to have my new home cleaned before move in. He and his assistant arrived promptly, walked the house with us and asked about any specifics we were looking for. They immediately went to work in washing and steaming all the carpets, tiles, and baseboards in a 4000 sq ft house.

We needed a move out cleaning for our home, and came across Holt's great reviews on Yelp. I called and spoke with Ali, who was so kind and helpful. She explained that they are a family owned business and her husband Jason would be coming out to clean the carpets himself. He was on time and just as personable, professional, and kind as his wife.

My wife and I moved into our first new home and it needed a fresh floor cleaning after we had the home painted. Prior to Jason coming out and cleaning the floors, we noticed a few stains on our wood tile grout along with regular foot traffic debris. Jason was able to determine the cause and did an amazing job cleaning the grout and flooring as well as the carpet. The post results looked and smelled fresh! Holt's Cleaning did an awesome job cleaning our carpet and tile. We just bought our first home and due to some hold ups, we didn't get our keys when we were originally told. We got them two weeks later than planned, and only had less than two weeks on our apartment lease, with having to be out of town for three days in between. So when we finally got keys on Monday, I called and got a quote and scheduled an appointment for the following afternoon.

It was scheduled at 4, and he was there by 3:30, walked the area to make sure our quote was accurate then got straight to cleaning. We are so pleased with the job well done. Will definitely recommend and use again in the future.
