Dropped off large bag of brand new clothes to be pressed at 9:30am and got a txt at 2 it was ready. Amazing job! Love this place!

They say that smiles are contagious and I must say that I totally agree with that statement. Every time that I leave Champion Cleaners in Calera I am always smiling! The staff there is so friendly and welcoming! The fact that they do a great job on my clothes is just a bonus because the customer service that I receive here is top notch! They even offer a delivery service in the surrounding areas, but I still like going to the store just because of the great service that I receive from the staff. Thank you to Ric and staff for such a great job!

I have attempted to use this place several times and each and every time I've lost money and my time with these dryers that are either out of service or don't get hot enough. It's always dirty on the weekends. They do not maintain this place properly and how they have 4.5 stars is a mystery to me. The only reason I gave one star is because you have to.

Excellent service! I took my Easter dress and was devastated because I had gotten Easter egg dye down the front. I asked the lady to please try to remove the stain. She was able to get the stain out completely and the dress looks good as new!

First time using Champion Cleaners and will use them again. The staff was welcoming and wanted my business. The text that order was ready was not expected but was a pleasant surprise. And the turn around was less than two hours.

Great cleaners! Dropped off some items right before they closed and they were super helpful. Had a text the next day around lunch that it was ready for pickup. Being that I'm not from around here, they gave me some insight on the area and recommended a few good places to eat. I'll definitely use them from now on!

Ric and the gang are great. They are friendly and very quick in getting the dry cleaning back to me as they promise. I recommend everyone use them as the dry cleaner they go to.

I have been a customer for years. My clothes come back clean and when needed a loose button repaired. I have gotten good advice about how to launder a handmade vintage item.

Dropped off about 6 items, was greeted pleasantly by clerk as well as Manager who retrieved items from back seat. This was in drive thru. I was surprised that it would be ready next day which it was. I received a text letting me know items were ready so about 24 or less. Great service all around.

I had a pea coat cleaned here and they did a fantastic job. It was borrowed by a friend and it was dirty but it came out pristine from Champion! Thank you Champion for a great job!

I had a military uniform that needed cleaning and pressing, a suit and several shirts. They all came back better than new. Very happy with their personal service. They have an attached 24 hour laundromat that is great too.

Thought leather jacket was ruined. Guy says no promises but I'll do my best. Well their best was darn good enough! Mildew.gone! Smells just like lambskin should and I am overjoyed at not having to buy new one. That's for husband bc of course I ordered a new one anyway thinking there's no way Champion will get it clean. I brought in an 80 year old wedding dress to be cleaned, this is going to the 3rd generation to wear my grandmother's dress. Terry did an amazing job of going over everything from the minute we brought it through the door to him and every step of the way. There is very intricate beading on it and they took great care to make sure everything was absolutely beautiful! I couldn't be any happier, they are AMAZING!

I use the laundromat attached. It's usually very clean, however, it seems to have several machines - out of order, all the time. As for the dry cleaners, I got a comforter cleaned there, it looked better, but it cost as much to clean it as it cost to buy the whole comforter with sheets set at Aldi's. Guess it's been a while since I've had a comforter dry cleaned. Blew my mind.

Dropped off seven shirts and two pairs of pants to be cleaned and they had them ready the next day. Amazing! Business is locally owned and operated and I'll definitely be back. I believe items are cleaned on site rather than shipped off to Birmingham to be cleaned.

I use the wash dry fold service and the clothes are always clean and well folded. The pick ups and deliveries were always on schedule. And I had no issues using the service.

I took some casual summer dresses here for routine dry cleaning because the location was so close to my house. 2 days later I was contacted that they were ready for pick up. Upon arrival I was informed that my cost was $89.50! Are you freaking kidding me?! The associate informed me that each dress was $17.50! I have taken a lot of garments to various dry cleaners in several different states over the years (as I travel for my job), and I have NEVER been charged such outrageous prices - what, are they dry cleaning with gold or something!

There are no prices posted inside, and I never would have thought it would cost so much. They should inform customers that they are the most expensive dry cleaners on the planet! To top it off, 2 of the dresses still had yellowed stains on them! Save your money, level of frustration, and outrage and simply go ANYWHERE else!

I've been explained how this service works and too bad it wasn't explained to me when I was their Client! Seriously, that's Not how you do business! It's in my opinion to expensive, believe me I'm a New Yorker and I know expensive! They had plenty of opportunity to explain their business when I was their customer but they didn't!

I was their client for awhile and getting my laundry back in a week was not working! Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and my advise to everyone who is thinking about using this service is for them to ask about all their options of delivery and pricing before YOU become a regular CUSTOMER! I will say that my clothes always came back perfect and these people did know how to wash 100% cotton sheets and clothing, you didn't have to tell them was to do!

I rarely write reviews but I had to brag about one the best customer service experience I've had in awhile! I spoke with Terri the manager at the Vestavia location. He was very accommodating to our business needs. Highly recommend this amazing cleaners!

Never used their service. But when I called to set up their pick up and delivery service, the person who answered was very rude. And I don't care how good/bad their service might be, if they can't be polite to a customer (a potential new customer at that), it's a definite no for me.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ALTERATIONS. If I could give 0 stars I would. They've had my best friends dress since May. We have come back 4 times and it is still not ready. Wedding is in 3 days. We took it to another alterations place and they told us a whole host of issues were going on. It was not sewn evenly, the wire was not cut, it didn't zip up, and she didn't even fix the hook and eye! Needless to say our anxiety is at an all time high.

The seamstress wasn't even there to make sure it fit the last time when we picked it up. no shock as she knew we would have been extremely upset. The cleaning place did clean the dress but they should not advertise that they do any altering.

The $40 bag is a great deal for wash and fold service. Able to drop the laundry off before work and pick it up after I get off work.

Have used their home delivery for years. Never disappointed and they always take care of even the most minor issues. They pay attention to your clothes like they owned them.

As a first time customer I dropped my clothes off for wash, dry and fold and asked them to put my shirts on hangers. They said at the latest my clothes would take about 48 hours and as I dropped them off on Wednesday morning I was told they would email by Friday afternoon letting me know the clothes were done. I didn't get an email so I called them on Saturday afternoon and was told that they just finished my laundry.

I asked why it took so long and the person was a bit rude and said next time let them know you need them done sooner. Then I picked up my laundry and the shirts and pants were folded but very wrinkled and now we have to iron them which was the whole reason why I decided to pay for them to help us. I didn't expect them to iron my clothes but they shouldn't be so badly wrinkled.

They must have sat in the dryer or in a pile for a long time before they were actually folded. I will never use them again and will use a dry cleaner instead. Lesson learned.

I don't need dry cleaning services often, but when I do I want to make sure my items will come back in good condition. I had a great experience with Champion. The employees were so very friendly at drop off and pick up. My clothes look great and everything was ready super fast. Your prices might be a bit more than other places, but it's worth it knowing I am going to get a fast turn around and a high-quality job. I will definitely use Champion again!

These cleaners are awesome. I use the bizzie box service at my apartment and they were phenomenal in keeping me updated on the cleaning progress of my clothes.

I recently had an issue where a shirt I ordered online did not arrive in time for Champion Cleaners' Alterations Department to shorten the sleeves for me to take on a West Coast business trip. After I resigned myself to the fact that I would not be able to take my new shirt with me, Champion had other ideas. One of their Greystone employees, PERSONALLY drove over 40 minutes one way to deliver the shirt to the alterations lady at her residence so I could get me shirt returned to the store in less than 24 hours. How can you top Customer Service like that? David & Sherry Whitehurst have assembled an extraordinary team of employees who truly put the customer first!

I have been using Champion Cleaners for about a year now, they are FANTASTIC! With my busy schedule their pick up and delivery is super convenient and my clothes is always very well taken care of. I recommend them to all my friends.

Took my off-white winter coat in recently. It was my first time to use Champion Cleaners. They took fantastic care of it. My coat looks like new!
