They did such a poor job at "cleaning" the hoods in my kitchen that they couldn't get the grease to stop dripping, so they shoved towels into the hood to soak up all the grease. The hoods and exhaust were so caked with grease and sludge the new crew I hired was literally pulling baseball sized chunks out as they worked. The only reason to hire this company is if you're looking to have an insurance claim for an "unexplained fire" I would give 0 stars, but that wasn't an option.
