Well, I was skeptical about this place because it had no reviews and I guess I should of known better but they were willing to come over pretty quickly so I set up an appointment. I told the receptionist on the phone that I lived in a 2 bedroom apartment and she quoted a price of $119 and that he would be here at noon. At 1:30pm, when the guy finally got here he said because I lived in an apartment and he couldn't use the truck steamer, I would have to pay an extra charge of $69 for him to use a portable machine. Of course, I declined the last minute up-charge and sent him on his way. after wasting 2 hours sitting around waiting for him.
