Update - 34mins after posting this review I got a call from the Oops! office claiming they had "phone issues" and now, after 2 WEEKS, just happened to be getting around to calling people back. Nice try. Many people seem to have a good experience, but this is a sad attempt to recover a poor review. Disappointed! I filled out an online quote request and never got a call back. Then I called directly because they advertise on Michael Berry's show and STILL NO call back.

I like this company and its contributions to the community. My review is for the duct cleaning. The guys that came were very nice, no complaints. My criticism is strictly about the service offering. Taking down registers that are properly installed is tricky. In order to prevent condensation, you should caulk your registers. If the caulk isn't cut properly, removing the register will pull your drywall.

This pulling can result in damage to the drywall, which happened to me. Additionally, even if that is done properly Oops is not going to re-caulk your registers so that labor falls back on the owner or to pay another company. My advice is to sample your registers. Takedown a few and if they are not dirty then your ducts are okay. I would also take a ladder and shop vac/clean the intakes myself. This was an expensive $900 (actually more to repair drywall) lesson. I will now have to have my drywall fixed which adds to the cost.

Highly recommend these guys. I used them years ago prior to selling our old home and used them again this week for a general cleaning on the carpets in our current home. We had the tile/grout cleaning and carpet cleaning with spot treatments done. The techs arrived on time and were very polite and efficient. While they were here I actually had a desk delivery arrive and one of the techs offered to help me carry it inside. Our floors look better than new! We will definitely be using again.

First of all they came in and immediately upsold me on some ridiculous pre-treatment which cost $20 per room and took about five seconds for the guy to spray. Then he told me it would be dry in 4-6 hours. It took 48 hours for my carpets to dry. After they dried the carpets were dirtier than when he had started. Since then I have called once a week every week to complain and see what they are going to do about it and the receptionist keeps telling me that the manager will call me.

To date, he has not called and now when I call their mailbox is full. I would never use this company again I don't know how they got high marks on yelp but they are disgraceful. If I could give them a zero I would. Do not use them there are too many other good reputable companies

Fist off I would like to say I really appreciate how compassionate the receptionist Amanda was she really was helpful when I had to cancel and reschedule multiple times. I love how she gave us a rough estimate over the phone and it was close to what we paid but she made sure we were aware that it was just a rough estimate and we really appreciated that.

The guys who cleaned the carpet were so friendly and honest about everything they needed to do to get our carpet back to smelling and looking good. All around the people who work for the company are amazing and I will definitely be calling them in the future.

Marvin did a great job steaming our carpets and tile. Personal, Professional and efficient are good words to describe the experience. My only suggestion is that someone address the rude behavior of the phone operator who helped schedule my appointment. Service: Clean carpet

This is the 4th time I've had Oops come out and clean an area rug and sofa. They usually do a very good job but this time was an exception. While the sofa and rug are now clean the crew left a huge mess. Over spray up to 8 feet past my sofa. Some sort of film all over the wood floors and my 6 month olds toys/ books covered in the residue (which was very out of the way). I didn't notice all of this until after the crew left. Very disappointed. I will be calling the business this morning.

Booking the appointment online was easy! Arturo and his associate did a fantastic job. They gave me a call when they were on the way and arrived on time. Both gentleman were polite and respectful. They were quick and efficient. The carpet had stains and they did a great job removing them. Looked like new! This is our 3rd time using Oops Steam Cleaning. We've had very positive experiences with this company.

We had our tile cleaned. It looks amazing! Josh was very professional, knowledgeable and super nice and friendly. He came in, I showed him the places we wanted cleaned, gave me a quote, and started right away. I am happy with the results and definitely recommend them. I forgot what our grout was supposed to look like. With 4 dogs, I am sure I will be using them in the future. Thank you Josh for an amazing job and great experience.

The service was very reasonably priced and professionally performed. I had gotten 2 other bids to clean my 9.5' x 12.5' wool area rug after I had several broken pipes during the big freeze. Sheetrock and insulation debris was everywhere and the rug needed some serious cleaning. The competitors bids were just over 2 and 2.5 times more expensive. On top of that, the othe companies both had an attitude like, "Take it or leave it." I am so glad I left it and called Oops.

They were courteous and pleasant from the get go. Joshua came out and was so professional, knowledgable and courteous. And, don't forget the price was well over half what the other guys wanted. My rug was beautifully cleaned and even smells good (normally wool rugs get wet from cleaning and smell like a wet dog for a bit). I couldn't be happier and am so excited to now be able to put my home back in order. They will be my go to "guys" from now on. THANK YOU OOPS AND JOSHUA!
