Yes they are great I have used there window service for three years and they do a great job they don't rush through the job I would recommend them I am sure the other services they provide they are good at. Jim

Steve has been wonderful over the years, cleaning our windows, cleaning our gutters and hanging Christmas lights. Emily contacted us early this year asking if we would like to be on a schedule and I said, "heck yeah!" Twice a year, don't call us, just come on out. Easy. Here it is the middle of July 2019, no windows cleaned. My wife and I tried to communicate but as another reviewer said so eloquently, "We tried calling the next day to see what happened and tried calling the next day after that to see what happened.

No one has responded, no one has returned our call. Very unprofessional and we will not be calling them again for window washing services." My recommendation to NW Window Washing is to find help to respond to your good customers or you will lose them. We have already contacted another company and had our windows cleaned, same price but they talked to us.

We had our gutters cleaned by NWWW and they did a good job, but I feel the price point was just a bit high for the work. The service was good and they showed up at the appointed two hour window. They were helpful in providing proof of being insured which we require if anyone is off the ground when on our property. It's good to have the gutters cleaned before the fall winds.

Three or four years now using NW Window Washing. We are never disappointed. This week they were awesome, as usual!

Our windows have never looked so good! It was amazing to see what a difference it made to have our windows professionally cleaned. They did a great job! They showed up promptly and worked nonstop until they were all done. They even impressed my husband, which is difficult to do. I highly recommend them.

We had an appointment scheduled for Memorial Day between 12 and 2 PM. We received three emails and one text, reminding us of our appointment prior. We cleared off all of our furniture on the deck, and removed all of the screens; in the windows in anticipation of their arrival. It was very hot and we were unable to open the windows due to no screens.

No one showed up. We tried calling and no one answered. We tried emailing and no one answered. At 2:30pm, my husband and I set out to wash our own windows. At 4 PM a window washer showed up as we were finishing up the job. Indicated he was told that he needed to arrive between 2 and 4 PM. We tried calling the next day to see what happened, and tried calling the next day after that to see what happened. No one has responded, no one has returned our call. Very unprofessional and we will not calling them again for window washing services.

They've been great in the past, but perhaps they are not in business anymore. Website is down, email bounces, no response to post of FB and the recording says they check their voice mail once a week. Too bad.

Such a great company! They were so nice and my windows look fantastic. We will definitely use them again. Thank you for the great service!

Steve and his crew did a remarkable job cleaning my windows. They were very professional and focused. I highly recommend them and plan on calling on their services in the future!

If I could give them a higher rating, I would. I had NW Window Washing over to clean my windows, inside and out, including screens. They were *amazing*: fast, tidy, efficient, quiet. I hardly noticed them working and they were out of here before I knew it. And the windows look spectacular! The only drawback system is getting to speak to a person on the phone; the phone number listed goes to a call service that directs you to the website or take a number.

All communication occurs via email as far as I can tell. I had some questions, but never got a call, only friendly but unclear emails. Aside from that, I'd highly recommend them and will definitely have them back.

NW Window came out to clean my roof, gutters and my exterior windows. The pre appointment follow up emails were very helpful. They did a great job on my home. My roof and gutters had been neglected so I really appreciated their time in getting things cleaned up for us. They made sure and leave no mess behind. I will definitely call on them again

NW Window Washing set up my Christmas lights and took them down after the holiday season. I loved the look and you can't beat the price. My family really enjoyed the lights.

Steve and his crew has cleaned our shop windows many times in the past few years and have always done a phenomenal job! Emily is great at handling all the communication. She promptly responds to emails, schedules appointments and provides regular check ins. Today, Steve put up Christmas lights at our home and they look amazing! These guys are great. The scheduled an appointment for a Monday on a Sunday. They arrived on time and charged less than the estimate. And they were extremely friendly and courteous. The quality of work was excellent - my windows were spotless inside and out. Absolutely recommend them.

Emily provides fantastic customer service when booking with very clear package pricing. The team always arrives on time, is super professional and does a VERY thorough job.
