I scheduled online to have someone come out and provide a quote on some closet carpeting that smelled foul in one of my guest rooms. The person came out on a Monday morning and inspected the area, charging $150 to thoroughly clean it. The work took about 90 minutes to 2 hours and the person was very professional. Left the carpet to dry for the day.

Unfortunately the odor came back after 24 hours, so it's probably under the carpet. Regardless I'm sure the service would be effective for other people with dirty carpeting. I checked the area with a blacklight and the prior stains were completely gone so the carpet is clean at least.

My experience with Mr Chem-Dry was excellent. The team showed up on time, they were extremely courteous, they did an amazing job on the prework in understanding our carpet and managed to clean the carpet where our older carpet was cleaned so well that it matched a new patch we had to add to repair some damage. They were careful to ensure that their equipment kept our walls and doors free from dings and scratches. Really they just did a superb job!

Shane came in and cleaned a rug I spilled wax on. He completely got the wax out and was very professional. He was quick, and even helped me move my furniture back in place. I won't call anyone else for my future carpet and floor cleaning needs. Thank you!

We had a serious pet urine issue with our carpets and Mr. Chem-Dry did a fantastic job taking care of it for us! We've hired several carpet cleaning companies in the past and none of them did as great of a job as Mr. Chem-Dry! Sean was very thorough, professional, and friendly. We will definitely hire them for all of our future carpet cleaning needs! Highly recommend this company!

Gary Atwell came to clean my carpets last week. He called and asked if he could arrive early because an appointment had canceled. It worked perfectly for me. He was professional and very pleasant. My carpets look great! I would recommend Mr. Chem Dry to any of my friends!

Gary was the technician from Mr. Chem-Dry who came to my house. He was on time and above all very courteous and thorough. I appreciated his hard work, good humor and especially how wonderfully clean all my carpets looked after he finished. What a professional representative he was for this company. I have had my carpets cleaned before by Chem-Dry and definitely think they provide a great product. I will definitely use them again the next time I clean my carpets and I will ask for Gary again.
