Called as the basement was flooding due to hurricane Ida rains. Quick response time, had us fixed up with a new sump pump in under 30 minutes once they arrived. Was also a very reasonable price compared to what I expected from an emergency call, and have us some recommendations to help prevent future flooding.

I can't say enough good things about this company! July 2, 2019 water leaked into my condo from the unit above mine. MasterDry was called by my HOA that day. They were there immediately to start drying out my walls and flooring. It was found that my HVAC unit was ruined due to the water that leaked from the unit above causing me to be with out air conditioning. MasterDry has gone above and beyond to accommodate my work schedule.
They were able to send a wonderful technician early in the mornings to do anything that needed to be done. I would recommend to anyone that has any type of water, fire or mold damage to contact MasterDry. I can't recall the last time I have dealt with a company that puts the customer and their needs first. Crazy as it sounds if I could hug the owners of this company I would.

I just bought a house and the first day I tore up the flooring and carpet to find a major water leak and damage. It just happened to be a holiday weekend and finding a plumber was almost impossible. But I did get a plumber to fix the leak and he recommended Masterdry. They came right out and in no time had the house on its way to dry. They were compassionate courteous professional and did a fabulous job.
Everyone that came out and everyone in their office was wonderful and understanding. They all knew my circumstances and made this difficult time less stressful for me. I would HIGHLY recommend them.
