After 14 years we are preparing to move and ECC has always done a great job with our difficult carpets (due to our lovable but challenged dogs). This last visit, Bonnie and Dan went the extra mile to get everything spic and span for viewing, spending lots of extra time and effort on even small spots i had never thought about. Highly recommend this company based on all of our experiences over the years!

We had Express Carpet Cleaners do two jobs for us. They did some work on our hardwood floor and also cleaned the carpeting in a bedroom and a hallway. They did an outstanding job from every standpoint. Tina and Bonnie cleaned a portion of our hardwood floor and did an outstanding job. Bonnie and David cleaned the carpeting and we were very impressed with the work that they did. All of them were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, professional and customer service oriented. We highly recommend Express Carpet Cleaners.

5s all the way! Excellent service, technician was there on time, helped me move my large furniture around even when they're not supposed to. The technician even help me stretch and cutaway access carpet. My overall experience was great I have used express many times and will use them over and over again without hesitation.
