They are extremely rude and judgmental, Added* Beck n Call, this is extremely unprofessional, rather than acknowledge you made a mistake you or investigate the situation further you chose to completely dismiss what I have to say. You did not clean the property, Instead when you came to give the quote you were very rude with the tenants and very judgemental about the state of the home, this is why we chose not to continue with your services. Just thought I'd add some clarity for any one else who would consider your services

The staff at Beck N Call Maids did an outstanding job of standard cleaning at our Home. The grout had been neglected as far as cleaning and the staff did an really amazing job in bring life back to it. We needed a house cleaner and reached out to several of the service companies. Really wanted to support a small business and was able to make contact with Beck N Call. They assured me on the call they would be able to make the appointment and then walked me through their process. Fortunately, we got the best cleaner ever, Lee! She was great with her communication before arriving, then with a tour and an estimate of what she could get completed.

Have never had this happen without requesting: Lee communicated with me while I was outside our place to let me know how things were coming along and consistently updated me on time to completion. There is no doubt in my mind that I will be using their services again and requesting that Lee can be the team member that takes care of our place the next time too!

I would recommend these ladies to anyone and everyone! They were polite, professional, quick and worked very well as a team - they were all truly lovely people. I work from home and they were very quiet and respectful and did an incredible job. My house looks beautiful! Don't bother looking elsewhere - the cost for the services provided can't be beat.

They are kind and thoughtful. Always ask if we are happy with the job. Very willing to do what is asked. They are friendly yet get the job done in a timely fashion. Even my dog Nicky who is usually not so friendly to strangers does not mind them being here. I give them a huge high five. They clean for us faithfully every other week.

I just wanted to to warn anyone who wants to work for these people who don't have any professional cleaning experience. Do not work here. They will fire you after 4 days of working. They won't give you any chances to prove yourself and they don't wanna "waste there money" on training you. They just expect you to be super fast after they showed you what to do. I gave 2 stars because they are nice people, but other than that honestly not very good business wise.
