I had used this company about a year ago and they did quality work! I needed to have my air ducts cleaned and they did such a thorough job it was amazing how seamless the process was. They explained everything so I could understand it and now I feel the air in my home is just so much cleaner! I had them also take the area rugs in to be cleaned again and then cleaned the carpet in the bedrooms.

I couldn't recommend this company enough. And they are a local family owned & operated which means a lot to me especially to have made it the past 2 years let alone 32! I will be only using them in the future!

My husband and I live in the North Dallas area and we recently hired Dry Master Cleaning and Restoration for our carpet cleaning needs, as well as an area rug that had pet stains/odor. We have white carpet and it probably wasn't an easy task, however, Greg was successful in removing all of the stains and odor. They are a family owned company and very professional. We used Dry master and restoration for cleaning the carpet before we move into a new house. I called them and Beverly was very thorough, pleasant, and professional. We had 2 big stains in the master bedroom and they rook care of them. No left over odors or strong cleaning fragrances. I would highly recommend and will be using them again.

Because of water damage, we had to get a deep carpet cleaning w/Anitmicribial treatment on our carpet and a cleaning for the office chair. After they cleaned our carpet it looked and smelled way better then it did before the service.

I have used this company for a couple of years now and they do such amazing work! I have 2 dogs and get nose blind, but after they leave the difference is amazing! The carpet and rugs look and smell amazing. They are so friendly and personable. I use them about every 3 months or so and have always had awesome results. I live in Plano and used dry master cleaning and restoration to have my ducts and vents/ returns cleaned and fogged with an anti bacterial spray that was long overdue on my part. While here they also cleaned my tile floors and grout, then put a sealer on top of that. They did a great job and the price was very competitive. I'll use them again--SM

The owner Greg is who came to clean my mattress! Not only did he do an excellent job, he is an amazing person, incredibly personable, and was very honest and forthright about what I could expect in terms of removing stains etc. the mattress looks great, it is very clean and sanitized. This company really stands out because Greg and Beverly do a great job of making sure the customer experience and the services they provide are far above industry standards! Excellent experience hiring them, and I will certainly be using them again for any upholstery or carpet cleaning needs that may arise in the future.

I've known Greg and Beverly for several years. Very nice people professionally and personally. I needed the excess wax, sealer removed from my wood floors. 8 years, twice a week cleaning and wax/sealer built up that made my floors very dark and just looked bad. Greg came by to look and confidently told me he could get them stripped and sealed again.

It turned out to be more difficult than originally thought but Greg stayed with it. He worked the first day without even stopping for lunch. Ended up calling his supplier for a different product, returned the following 2 days and got it done. My floors look amazing now. Even though we are friends his service and communication were 100% professional at all times. Impressive service. He delivered 110% of what he promised. Could not be happier and would recommend Dry Master Cleaning to anyone.

I used Beverly and Greg's services back when I had carpet and they were outstanding. What I have now is a bunch of white tile with white grout, and DOGS. Greg was very meticulous while cleaning my tile and white grout and it looks like brand new! I am super pleased, And I would recommend them for any of your cleaning and restoration. On top of doing the job well, they are good people.
