I was so pleased with the gentleman who came to clean my carpet. He gave me the reassurance that I needed, answered all my questions on what to expect, and he did a fabulous job. My carpet was stained and filthy dirty from years of neglect due to dogs and the pandemic. I even considered replacing it. Now, my carpet is beautiful and smells great. I'm so pleased! We had to book around 4-5 weeks in advance since we booked during the holiday season. Our estimate and actual cost were within $20, so pricing was very transparent.
