Window Doctor

Highly recommend Window Doctor. They responded quickly to my initial inquiry and provided an estimate (at least two others never responded). We had agreed on an appointment time about a week out. Two days prior, I saw that the weather forecast was calling for significant rain. 48-hours in advance they proactively reached out also seeing that rain was expected and we agreed on a rescheduled date and time. Santiago did a great job. We did a power washing of the front exterior and a full set of windows washed. Proactive, reliable, fairly priced and overall I'm very satisfied. I will use them again!

Ended up being the highest of all bids for a full four story house wash, by 50%!, but super accommodating. In that respect, above and beyond.

Paid over400 to repair my leaking conservatory which has continued to leak for nearly 3 years since. They have been back 4 times and just put on a bit more mastic instead of fixing it properly. Won't refund AVOID.

I highly recommend the Window Doctor! First off, they were one of the few companies that actually answered the phone (!) and they were able to fit me in on the same day. Dan and his crew showed up and did a great job! I give them a big thumbs up!

They recently did a professional and efficient job on a pair of double glazing windows where condensation appeared inside the double glazing. The price was reasonable too. Highly recommended.

I have a great view! Who knew. Finally made an appointment to have my 5 second story picture windows cleaned. The reviews listed are more than accurate. from making the appointment to the great job performed. I received an immediate response. by the way, the communication skills via text and phone are top notch. Danny showed up on time, set up immediately and completed the work within a half hour. he has the proper equipment including ladders. he also had a pre printed invoice prepared which expedited the transaction. Then, the best news!

Our windows were filthy, so we did a yelp search and decided on the window doctor. They were reasonable priced, easy to work with and did an excellent job cleaning our windows, solar panels, and skylights. They arrived on time, worked quickly and did a great job without needing anything from me.

Top advice and great communication. A difficult repair (for spares) but they sourced the part and the engineer sorted it perfectly, despite the fact the damage caused a few problems. Used these guys to fix some French Doors. Hinges had gone and were obsolete. they found the hinges and replaced them, saving me 2700 on a new set of doors. Great service Service: General door repair

All departments extremely helpful. I have used the window doctor recently for repairs to both external doors and found then to be very professional, friendly, and very accommodating. They were kind enough to squeeze me in very quickly due to my personal circumstances as I was going into hospital so they made sure the job was done and completed to a very high standard before I went into hospital.

The fitter was a great bloke and very polite, friendly, and even cleared up after himself. I would highly recommend the window doctor for all repairs to your doors or windows. Plus they are very fair with pricing. I was actually surprised at how reasonable they were.

Yes, I read Bryan's reply.this was at the same baloney he gave us. Long winded and ridiculous. Gee whiz, I wonder why we didn't let him "try to scratch" our window. And again both our design and our waterproof architect + the contractor inspected the glass and windows prior to Bryan's destructive damage. I stand by my review.this guy is trouble.

I have been using these guys for years now. Super reliable guys who show up on time and charge a fair price. The owner checks up on us every few months to make sure we are happy with his teams work. I've used other companies in the past but no one is as professional as this company. All of my neighbors also work with them and they too are completely satisfied.

The guys did a great job on our windows and deck panels. Also they were fast. Would recommend them for your home. The owner got back to me with a quote the day after I called them.

These guys are terrific! My bay windows hadn't been cleaned on the outside for years because they're out of my reach. I tried to make an appointment with several other people who do windows but their earliest slots were months away. Frankly, think they didn't want to be bothered by such a small job. Bryan fitted me in between some bigger projects in my neighborhood.

The guys showed up with tall ladders and were done within minutes. My filthy old windows have disappeared and my fabulous view is back to the way I remember it from when I moved into my apartment. He cut me a great deal, too. This job would have been worth every penny at twice the price!

These guys were great - Bryan juggled some times for me to get the only day I had free to work out. The two washer who came (both named Chris) were excellent and respectful of both my house and my time. Bonus points: everything came out fantastic.

Yah, not super impressed by these guys. For one, their company is based in Oakland, not SF. They changed the appointment 3 times. Left my window sills with dirty water and charged me a whopping $250 for cleaning 2 large windows, 5 small ones and one sliding door (oustide only). Would I use them again, no. However they were quick because there were 4 cleaners so they were done in 30 minutes.

These guys are amazing! After two of their competitors were no-shows (Intelligent and All Bright) the third time was a charm. Unlike these others, they didn't require a separate scheduled appointment to determine an estimate, but gave me a very competitive price upfront. The washers were prompt and super friendly. They did both interior and exterior panes for a very competitive price, even while I live rather high on a very steep hill.

Upon finishing, all of SF appeared in technicolor. I can't overstate the difference it has made. I feel like Dorothy when she opens the door upon Oz out of dreary Kansas. My windows, and their customer service, are flawless.
