I've been working with Steam Team Austin for all of my 7 years in the apartment industry. However, I became more involved with this incredible supplier in the last year as a new manager and especially with the destruction from TX winter storm Uri. A restoration team is not typically a supplier you want to have to become close with, as it usually (not always) means some sort of devastation or emergency occurred. However, in these moments of fire, water, biohazard and more - there's no team I'd trust more.

I cannot sing enough praises for the Austin division of Steam Team, specifically Wes, Ashtynn, Troy, Daniel, Steven and Tony. These folks have felt like an extension of our family on site. They have gracefully and calmly taken on all obstacles thrown their way. They've made time to keep us updated every step of the way, to 'dumb down' the processes when needed and to assure we felt supported.

The teams they dispatch on site are timely, professional & kind. It's obvious that the leadership and education they receive is plentiful and that they are led by example. I did not realize that our sectional, area rugs, and wood floors needed cleaning but my wife insisted. The Steam Team was recommended, by a couple of neighbors, as the best in town so we set up a consultation. Their tech, Roman, and his team came out and worked diligently with all of their equipment as they cleaned through years of grime. My wife was right.

I can't believe what they were able to do to restore our light-colored floors to look brand new. These antique 50 year old rugs, that may or may not have never been cleaned, now pop with color. And our sectional that has been abused by kids and unruly guests now looks brand spankin new. If you're on the fence, you won't regret getting your home professionally cleaned regularly. From the initial phone call that was answered with a cheerful voice, to scheduling, to the call letting us know the technician was on the way, to the care the technician showed for our home, our things, and our carpets, and the final job getting our carpets looking like new is worthy of sharing in a review. Perfect service and high quality work completed! I recently purchased an investment property in Kyle, Tx and only had about 48 hours to get the carpets cleaned before the tenants moved in. The previous owners had two dogs and you could still smell them upon entering the house. I really didn't think I would be able to find a company who could be out there so quick but The Steam Team did not disappoint.

I called them up on a Thursday afternoon and they had the job completed by Saturday morning! Not only were they super responsive but the quality of the work was also top notch. The carpets look brand new and smell like it too! I highly recommend!
