Best Care Mattress and Carpet cleaning. Excellent service from beginning to end. A live person answered the phone, was pleasant and made an appointment for only a couple days out. Then showed up on time, did a great job and was gone within 30-40 minutes. I am very happy with this company and would recommend them without hesitation.

Tim came to my home with full knowledge of the issue. Urine in one room, tile and grout to clean. The odor was not addressed. States he sprayed enzymes. My home smells soooo bad. My tile is completely unacceptable. The geout was a bit cleaner but there is obvious dried chemicals on the surface of the tile. We mopped the floors 3 times with no success in fixing it ourselves.
We contacted Tim with the issues and he agreed to return. Upon returning Tim stolled around obviously upset that his work was not acceptable. His mannerisms weren't what I expected to say the least. After upsetting me with his condescending remarks about my lack of knowledge in floor cleaning, I told him just fix the problems and stop with the attitude. Tim huffed and walked hisself out stating well, if you dont like it Im done here.
Now I understand cleaning floors is a bit laborious but the condition he left my property is completely disappointing and his lack of self control in speaking to a customer that paid him $246.00 for an hour of work was absolutely ridiculous. I would never recommend this company and I am 100% dissatisfied. Logan Carpet Cleaning has cleaned several time for me in the last 2 years.
Go with the guys that can actually get it done right. Never again Tim Brock. What a complete waste of money for his sub par work and especially his inability to handle fixing what he messed up. Mr Brock was in no way threatened. I simply asked him to get to work on fixing his mistakes. He stormed from my home with the same agression that he walked in with. BBB complaint has been filed and I highly recommend that anyone looking for a reputable company contact someone else.

I have had Best Care Carpet Cleaning come to my home multiple times and clean my carpets and my tile. Excellent service and quality of work. Seems to have all the bells and whistles to get stains out. I was going to replace my carpet but now I see no need. I am completely comfortable leaving a key now for him and I come home to clean floors. It's just that simple I would recommend him time and time again.
